Music seemed to be hit or miss in that many people were dancing or no people were dancing. We also expected the DJ to be more engaging in getting the crowd moving. That being said our company may have been able to provide more direction and will do so for our next event.

Bob Thies our DJ went above and beyond for us! He helped us orchestrate the ceremony, buffet, dances, cake cutting really we could not have had the amazing wedding we had without him. Thank you! we had the perfect wedding.

I was very pleased with Bob. He did a wonderful job. It was a pretty noisy crowd, but we were able to hear him quite well. He's a fun guy. I will recommend him and I would use him again.

Gave him a schedule started earlier than scheduled and was disorganized making one of our uncle's miss the ceremony because of him being disorganized. He also Tried getting ahold of me during my ceremony and the music had stopped for an hour and a half right at the start of the dollar dance really embarrassing me and my wife. We also lost half our guests before we could start our dollar dance.

I am truly sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. It is always our intention to offer the utmost in professionalism and customer service. Please know we will use your feedback as a training tool to help ensure we don't miss the mark again. I will also look into what caused the outage and take steps to prevent future outages. While the DJ that we worked with was professional, there were many aspects of my event that did not go as planned even after carefully planning them with the DJ. Table numbers were not called for dinner even though we discussed doing so, two members of the wedding party were not announced, and guests missed some of the events of the night due to the DJ being very quiet and not commanding attention. Also, many guests' requests were also not played although they were told they would be.

Eliza, I am very sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with the level of professionalism and expertise that we have become known for. Please know that I will take your comments and use them as a training guide for our future DJ's in the hope that we do not repeat the same for anyone else. Exactly what we wanted-couldn't be happier with whole experience. Great variety of music. Bob was very responsive to the crowd, and kept the dance floor packed as a result! Our guests were raving about the DJ, and three months later we are still getting compliments on the music. We highly recommend Be Heard! Sound!!!!
