The guests at my party could not say enough good things about Bill Bowen. From start to finish he was playing music we all enjoyed. He was great at gauging the crowd and worked wonderfully with the kids that were there. Bill was great with keeping up communication during the time before the event. He was awesome! Not only would I not think twice about hiring him again, I absolutely would recommend him for another event.

Bill did a great job at my husband's 40th surprise party. He did a great job taking requests from the guests and really kept the party going. He encouraged a lively atmosphere and made the event really special for everyone there.

Bill is a super nice guy, but seemed a bit uncomfortable in his role and had a bit of technical trouble.

The technical issue was feedback due to having karaoke in a small basement where the only available location for the speaker was behind the singers who held the mics far from their mouths.I also gave the customer an free extra hour.

Bill was great, so flexible and accommodating, and willing to dig up some hard-to-find songs we wanted to include. Everyone had a great time at the reception and Bill really helped keep us on timeline so we could fit in everything we wanted to do. What a fun evening -- Bill really kept the party going strong. I hired Bill Bowen to DJ at my husband's 50th birthday, and we were so happy with him. He was professional and friendly. He not only played exactly the type of music and specific songs I requested, but "read" the crowd throughout the night, and had us all dancing non-stop. I would absolutely hire him again!

I really enjoyed having Mr. Bowen DJ our wedding. He is very professional and easy to work with. We needed him to provide music for an outdoor ceremony, as well as a microphone for our soloist, and then move everything indoors for the reception. He was about 2 hours early for the event to make sure everything was setup and ready to go! It was a relief knowing I had nothing to worry about. We chose him mostly to play a mix of oldies and rock and roll, and he definitely had our guests up and dancing, even at a Sunday afternoon wedding! And the biggest perk I would say is that his prices are extremely reasonable. Thanks Bill!

Bill arrived and set up in a timely manner, played music as we requested. Our event was very low maintainance, without requiring dancing music, so it was just playing music that was easy listening througout the day. He was overall professional and did what we requested perfectly.

I can't thank you enough, Bill, for making my husband's birthday such a memorable event! All of my guests were so impressed! All night long they kept telling me how great the music was and that you had "everything!!" I can't believe how quickly you responded in "saving the day" when "my friend's friend" who d.j.'d cancelled at the last minute. I was in such a panic! I will always remember to recommend you when i ever hear of anyone looking for a professional (and fun!) d.j. for their special day. Bill was very professional and accommodating by playing all of the music we requested. I thought he was unable to read the crowd which required personnel to tell him what to play. I would consider using him again.

The hall probably wasn't the best place for sound system, and set-up was a problem with the hotel as well, but Mr. Bowen was very accommodating. Not sure how the equipment would have sounded in a place with better acoustics, but I was overall very satisfied with Digital Grooves.

It was wonderful! The DJ did everything we asked and then some. When we were trying to learn a new dance she joined in and showed us how. When we got distracted and bogged down with how to continue the evening, she gently kept us on track. We completely enjoyed the evening thanks to the DJ.
