I hired DJ Shon Daniels for my daughter's wedding. Beware. He changes after receiving payment. When I personally asked him to change the song selections, he told me that I should have got the songs to him 2 weeks before the wedding like the contract stated. Only problem is that he never gave me a contract. He also told me that he was playing what people at the wedding were requesting. I asked him to play what the person who paid him requested which was me. He continued to ignore my request. If you want a DJ who will do whatever he wants on your dime, then hire this DJ. If not, then save your money and bad experience.

100% untrue. I was hired 11/2017. Per agreement she agreed Id get playlist 2 wks prior to wedding. I asked again abt list due 2 other gigs I had. She gave them to me 2 DAYS b4 the event. 69 SONGS! She apologized by text for both that & telling me wrong time. I sd dont stress I still made it work. She was nice but RUDE to me & bride/groom. Others heard. The bride & groom & guests requested songs & I played them mixed w the moms playlist. She came to me twice & said SHE DIDN'T CARE WHAT THE BRIDE/GROOM & guests want to hear. You need to play from my list only Im the one whos paying you not them. I was very prof. We was SHOCKED! I always tht it was abt the bride & groom

DJ Shon was a great dj. He made the event very personal, he was up and ready before the party kicked off. He had a large variety of music. You name it he had it. His set up was great and had all the equipment needed. Overall he made the crowd comfortable, made them all come to the dance floor and boogy. Thanks DJ Shon....!!!!!

I wasn't pleased. He didn't play hardly any of my playlist. There were microphone screrching during my ceremony. He played music from his phone. He played the wrong version of my entrance song. He completely messed up. I am very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend. He is a nice guy but thats it

Im shocked! I was 110% professional. She said her 2 sisters like me. I only smiled. Maybe reason for bad review. Good weddg. I playd tons of requests & some of her late playlist too. I asked 4 her songs 2wks prior. She said ok. I asked again. Her wedding was 5/12/17 & she emailed me songs 5/10/17 @10:39pm 1 day prior w no times on events. I asked her abt it. She said she didn't know (1day prior). She also changed 4 songs & asked me get Sam Smith lay me down-acoustic. I did that from Amazon. I asked was she sure? She said yes! I played it. They had no mic @ the start. I gave them mic not sure why they turned it on n off. Started 1hr late due to abt 17 people there.
