My husband and I hired DJ Dave for our wedding on September 7th, and we could not recommend him enough. From the very start of our planning, Dave was extremely professional and helpful. He was always available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner.
We had a brunch wedding reception, so it was a little different than usual. We weren't expecting much dancing, but Dave really helped everyone have fun and get on their feet! During one of the instructional dances, we weren't really sure what we were doing, and Dave started dancing with us showing us what to do. My husband and I both thought that was really sweet.

Dave was awesome. He constantly would ask how we wanted things to run, but still left us to mingle with guests. Anytime a guest wanted something he thought we wouldn’t like, he cleared it with us. It’s obvious to us that he cares and wanted our reception to be memorable.
I would recommend Dave a thousand times over. If you want an awesome reception, hire Dave!!

I needed entertainment for a group of people while I went out of state for a function. Dave was very professional and easy to work with. He was the DJ and also provided Karaoke. We all loved him. His sound system was excellent. I would hire him again and even consider flying him to another function. If I could him more than 5 Stars, I would.

I can't say enough GREAT things about working with DJ Dave! Unlike some other vendors we worked with, Dave was so accommodating and made sure our wedding was about us and that we were happy! He managed to find a great version of the "Friday Night Lights" theme for us, was super accommodating to requests throughout the night and offered to help in areas that he really didn't have to (like helping set up centerpieces, clean up, etc.).
He's 100% in your corner and works his butt off! Also- he managed to not only get people out on the dance floor - but KEEP them there too. In summation: he more than over delivered, especially for his price. 6 stars out of 5!

DI Dave was absolutely awesome @ our son's wedding reception! From his immediate answers to questions when we booked, to all of our communications & meeting with us, to his detailed planning sheet, to his professionalism, excitement & passion for what he does while accommodating every request & special touch we asked for! He went out of his way throughout the evening to check with us to be sure our expectations were being met! The dance floor was packed & our guests didn't leave! Dave did a great job with our 100 people wedding. From our nonpressure interview(he didn't try to upsell us with lights, he just provided them). The venue was not typical, but he managed to set up a great sound system. He handled song requests beautifully. After letting him know I wasn't crazy about a few song choices, he figured out what I was looking for and did a great job the rest of the night. It was a long event, lots of people getting a bit tipsy, lots of dancing and Dave helped make it fun. He ran things, but was not "in your face". Best of all, he is an excellent guitar player and played the song I sang to my husband! Highly recommmend.

DJ Dave was absolutely wonderful! He helped our wedding reception to run smoothly and we all had a blast. Dave checked in with us frequently during our planning process and left us feeling completely assured that he had it all handled. He stuck with us through a date change and a venue change, and we are so grateful for that. He had our guests up and dancing all night, even joining us for a dance, and played every song we requested. I can't say enough good things about our experience with DJ Dave. I recommend him 110%!

DJ Dave was awesome! Responded quickly, personable, reliable. Responded well to the crowd and kept everyone entertained. Everyone had a great time from the kids to the grandparents. Had awesome karaoke repertoire too and knew how to balance the evening with mix of songs. Will definitely book again for any future events where we need a DJ.

We were extremely happy with the services provided by DJ Dave. He was hired for my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary party and from the initial contact through the end of the event, Dave exhibited a high level of professionalism and flexibility. I felt reassured from the beginning by his very quick response time to my questions as we confirmed the arrangements. On the day of the event Dave arrived at the venue with ample time for set up and was set with the songs that I requested. Knowing that our party included a number of children, he brought a game to help keep them occupied. I highly recommend Dave to anyone who is considering hiring a DJ for their event.

Dj Dave was an excellent addition to our event. Leading up to the event, he was nice, thorough, and very professional. On event day, he arrived with plenty of time to set up, provided a great mix of fun and family-friendly music, and did a great job transitioning between music and announcements. He was friendly and responded quickly via email when needed. He showed up early. Music was good. My only negative would be I wished he could have played longer! It seems we got started dancing and it ended. Even a few minutes after the scheduled time would have been great!

I really went the extra mile to make this reception excellent, including starting early. I wish I would have known playing longer was an option that would have made my clients happier. My understanding was we had a hard stop time and concerns about sound level at an outdoor event with nearby residents. Had I been asked to perform longer, it would have absolutely been my pleasure and privilege to do so.
