Went above and beyond getting there early, finding unusual songs I needed, friendliness to guests and great equipment so the music sounded superb
I deducted one star only because I don't think he realized how far his voice carried when he was giving someone directions on his phone but I don't see this as something that wasn't more than a one time thing and he did apologize and because the service, music, and entertainment was above and beyond 5 star ill absolutely use him again when needed.
I got far more than expected and was very happy. I consider this an excellent value!
He even provided a microphone for my ceremony too!

DJ Tripp was excellent, very professional, and EXTREMELY accommodating! He went overboard to make sure he met all of our needs...I would highly recommend him to any event! My family was very pleased with his service...
I give him a 5-star for his performance, and if there were 10-stars, I'd give him that!!!

Trip Stewart played all the music we requested and filled in with tunes we enjoyed. We had a small, intimate wedding party with family and close friends, and he had everyone on the dance floor the entire time, having a blast dancing. Great experience. Would hire Alamo City Entertainment again, and recommend them to others.

Mr. Stewart was awesome, he fulfilled all requests for the wedding party and more! He went above and beyond to make the wedding and reception memorable for the guests and the Bride & Groom. I highly recommend him for any event where you need quality entertainment!

Trip was so helpful when it came to setting up for the event. My events director was no where to be found on the day of the wedding, and Trip was still able to get everything done and ready. He played all of my favorite songs, and even played like music that everyone loved! Everything turned out perfect, I am so happy that I found Alamo City Entertainment to do my wedding!

This is a two man team - however the DJ was not very nice to his "helper" and it made us uncomfortable... The DJ played some great music, but he was not very nice to the "people making requests". He was abrupt and a bit rude - it could have been the heat - it was damn hot that night.... but that is no excuse for his attitude. He had great photos slides of all the guests, left a wonderful zip drive for our later viewing. Had lots of fun, entertaining props. Great speaker & TV. DJ left his "post" for periods of time and left the music on pre-program - we could not find him to make suggestions. This DJ team should dress in some sort of uniform - t-shirt & jeans.....

Trip was easy to work with. Showed up well before the party to set up and then it was very cold that night and he was set up outside and we asked him to move everything inside. So he had to set up again. He did just what we asked and was perfect for our party.
I would say he did not entertain, just played the music. It was a very tight room so that certainly could have limited him to do more and we were very happy as this was a small Christmas party for work.
Overall, we were very happy with the way everything went.

Well, as nice as Trip/Diane/Mark were, we were thoroughly disappointed that they couldn't provide the service they seemingly have provided to so many others!
Despite his affirmation that he could play mp3+G karaoke songs, he couldn't.
Despite me providing a song list, he failed to play a single steel drum song.
Despite me providing a printed, detailed sequence of events, he failed to follow it and did not even bother to keep it handy to reference it.
Despite me providing a detailed description of what photo shots we wanted, she failed to follow it.
Although our party turned out great, we were less than pleased with Alamo City Entertainment.

I hired Alamo City Entertainment for an event hosted by my company and open to the public. They were responsive during the planning process and showed up early to make sure setting up went smoothly. They listened very well and made adjustments throughout the night to accommodate the crowd and the goals I had for the event. Everyone loved karaoke and the dj sounded great all night. Their set up is very professional and high quality as well. Overall, the event was a great success and I was incredibly happy with their service.
