Gary with Main Event DJ was beyond amazing! We hired him to host karaoke and provide a photo booth for our company retreat. He was very communicative and professional leading up to the event, so I felt extremely comfortable and informed of his services. Once onsite, he did a wonderful job of playing MC, DJ, and hosting karaoke. He was beyond accommodating and kind to our 130 employees, most of which wanted to do karaoke! His set-up was more than we could have asked for, with a great sound system, lights, and even a TV that the audience could see with lyrics so they could sing along. Karaoke was absolutely the highlight of the retreat for our employees!!

I thoroughly loved working with Gary of Main Event so much that I want to throw another party, just to have him DJ again. Gary was professional and accommodating, as he clearly understood what I wanted for my husband's 40th birthday. But more importantly, he understood what my husband wanted after speaking to him directly right before the party. Gary used his experience and talents to give Joe a fun-filled sing and dance party that he wished the karaoke night never ended.

Gary was awesome!! Music was such an important piece to my reception because I had such a big cultural range of music I wanted played and I’m so happy I chose Gary. I looked through so many reviews for so many DJs because I was so nervous and I’m so happy with my choice. He was so easy and accessible to work with during the planning process and had the dance floor filled the entire night. Gary is nice, sweet and a professional, taking his work seriously to make sure you have the perfect night - book him!!

My wedding day was perfect. Main Event DJ & Event Sevices was a big part of making it perfect. Gary was professional, fun, entertaining and kept our guests entertained. I could not have asked for more. This DJ service was easy to work with from the beginning and when planning a wedding is stressful, Gary made it worry free. Many of my guests raved about Main Event DJ Services and I have to agree. I would highly, highly recommend this service to any newly engaged couple for their wedding. Gary was just awesome to work with. Not only did he play all the songs we wanted, but he was able to just max everything flow so well. He was also very accommodating and anything I needed all I had to do was ask him.
I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good DJ, because he was fantastic. He really helped make our wedding day a day that I will never forget!

Gary was phenomenal! Not only did he dress up for our annual Halloween party but he brought a giant animated ghoul that spewed fog from his skull.
I kept hearing that it was the “best party ever” and Gary was a large part of it. Everyone couldn’t stop dancing and singing karaoke.
His attention to detail and quick action was impeccable. I mentioned it was my brothers birthday and he remembered his name and dedicated a song for him. He had custom music for each of the costume contest winners. He was spot on with reading the crowd.
I’m definitely booking him again. Which should be easy because he was responsive and well priced!

Gary from Main Event DJ & Entertainment Service did an excellent job with the entertainment for our wedding. We had a smaller group, but he did an amazing job of playing the right songs at the right time to keep the dance floor full all night. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ at my wedding, and I would highly recommend him.

Gary was very nice to work with. There were some last minute unexpected changes, for example, while the father daughter dance was going on, my now husband decided he didn't like the song he chose for the mother groom dance and asked Gary to pick a song for them quick, without a pause he found a song that was perfect and the mother of the groom loved it!
He took all of our requests and was an excellent announcer as well which kept everything flowing smoothly.
There were always people on the dance floor, even my uncle who never dances was out there!

Gary was wonderful to work with. We had a lot going on at our conference, with a lot of last minute changes and he rolled with it all. He arrived on time, set up quickly and quietly while the event was proceeding, provided fantastic AV support for speakers and a talent show, then rocked our socks off with an outstanding mix of tunes that keep the crowd dancing their hearts out. It was a great evening and Main Event made it so.

The event went off great! They had a good mix of DJ and Karaoke for the guests that kept them singing long into the night (which for a company Halloween Party is a long time!). Gary was great, played longer than we agreed on, the teens at the party loved the music choices he played-they had a great time. There was no "down-time" for the dancing, they danced the whole time, plus many adults did also, I'd highly recommend Gary.
