I cannot comment on MSA as a whole. However, for the personnel assisting me on my wedding day were great. Richard, Emily and Joel were very accommodating. They listen and try their best to fulfill your every requests. We made the mistake of banning party songs that turn out to be everyone's favorite. When everyone did get up and dance, we had a panic attack, but Richard was up and about taking requests from tables. It was up to him and our close friends that save the party from being crazy awkward. Joel and Emily also did great. They did everything we asked for. Thanks MSA entertainment for everything.

My wife and I used MSA to play at a party celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary. On 5/18/15, I entered a unfavorable review concerning our experience with MSA Entertainment. Since writing my review I have talked with Mike the owner. Mike is very professional and customer satisfaction is important to his company. He listened to me attentively without making any excuses. Mike is making every effort to provide us with a great time and memory to enjoy with our friends. I recommend using MSA and look forward to future events with this company.

We could not be happier! Mike was fantastic! Everyone really enjoyed him, his performance, and his ability to read a crowd and keep the party going for EVERYONE there!! He checked with my husband and I continuously throughout the day to make sure everything was ok and see if we had any questions or needed anything. With all the correspondence and communication leading up to the wedding, we were 100% confident going in that our wedding was in good hands, and Mike did NOT disappoint. Highly recommend Mike Sounds & Associates!

We had a reception of around 300 people of all ages and he had everyone of every age on the floor. He was truly amazing!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!!! As soon as we walked up to our reception my bridemaids grabbed me and said "he's amazing"!!! He kept the flow going really well and he was very accommodating!!!! A++++++++++++

Mike was amazing for our wedding and reception. Even though he was from a different state he was extremely easy to get ahold of and open to answer all the questions we had. The party was amazing and the music was perfect. We had an amazing time and would recommend mike to everyone looking.

Not only is Mike a good DJ, he's an all-around fun guy who knows how to get people on the dance floor. He did a fantastic job of accommodating our needs for our wedding ceremony, reception and a little karaoke. He has the lights, the sound system and the overall love of what he does necessary to make it work. I recommend him to anyone.

I hired Mike to DJ (w/karaoke) our company holiday party this December; Mike did an exceptional job of getting everyone on the dance floor and providing a very high energy experience for the whole team. If he wasn't talking up the crowd, he was out on the dance floor showing his moves and again getting people involved. He's easy to work with and knows his role very well. Mike just locked in the DJ spot for all of our future events!

Over all, I would give it a solid B. When the DJ, Darrell, first arrived, he seemed unfamiliar with the program and software. He got it figured out within the first hour or so of the party. I don't fault him for that and view it as a selection and training issue that the company did not address. Darrel was a nice guy and did not interfere with the flow of the party, but did not take charge either. If he had a party of people who did not have a clear idea about how to run the party, that could present a problem. I would say that this experience does not disqualify this company for future work, but it does not make it the presumptive choice.

They did an awesome job at my daughters wedding and I recommend them highly. They were easy to work with and very organized prior to the event. On the wedding day the DJ arrived early to set up, which made him one thing less to worry about on a stressful day. Darrell came fully equipped, had all the songs I requested, and had the challenge of having to adjust things around because we lost power at the venue.

Mike Wells was by far the best DJ..Our event was a Wedding, not only were happy with Mike our guests were asking about him he blew everyone away by how he engaged everyone. He was wireless so he was on the floor teaching and just having a great time himself. We asked for upbeat and keep the party going, Boy did he deliver, and he even came with interactive props that were a hit for even the littlest partiers. He came and set up in minutes with great equipment - Mike communicated well with the bride and groom and also the photographer - He announced each aspect of the wedding.
