Solid Ground and DJ Jeff were great! He arrived early was very friendly with the kids, set up and sound system were great! He played all their favorites and the party was perfect -thanks to their professional and talents.

My daughter's sixteen birthday party was made great by using Jeff form Soild ground. He is ayoung energetic guy who knew hoe to listen to request and add great music of his own. I would highly recommened him parties.

I had a First Holy Communion party for my daughter and DJ Andrew did a wonderful job! We had a large number of guests with a majority of them being children under the age of 10 years old. My daughter had a big song request list that the DJ had no problem playing. DJ Andrew played dance games with the kids as well as card games! He provided candy prizes & I provided some $1 prizes for hand out. Everyone had a fabulous time & I would definately use Solid Gound Productions for our next event. Thank you for a wonderful party!

Tom Lyons, our DJ, was outstanding! Even after he has lost his power in his own home for several days, he still did a fantastic job. We would certainly recommend Solid Ground to friends and family. Our daughter's Sweet 16 was a definite party to remember!

We had requested an emcee but there was no involvement to get the people dancing or involved. He could have been a little more lively, it seemed like he was maybe new at it, which is fine.

We sent the customer a "no excuses" refund. SOLID GROUND misunderstood the qualities of the DJ needed for this event. We sent a DJ with a great deal of college/high school DJ dance experience, thinking he was the right fit for college students and a graduation party. We worked with two different individuals when making arrangements for this event. In the initial GIGMASTERS request, which was made by Emily (the student), a "lively" MC was mentioned. When discussing the specifics of the event to arrive at a contract, with Bobbi, the need for MC qualities was not discussed or included in the contract. Our DJ was timely, professional, and played great music.

We were disappointed. We were sold with the idea that a young adult DJ would relate well to the kids. The DJ barely spoke. I had to prompt him on things to say! Three of the songs skipped, significantly. It was overpriced and we did not get what we paid for.

Customer's event payment was returned; no intent to profit if we failed to meet expectations. Our same DJ has received perfect 5-star feedback for other events; particularly Sweet 16's.
