He did a very good job as Santa for our party.

Santa was not prepaid for this event. We sang 4 and 5 stanzas of each song just to take up time. The story was from a ditto that santa simply read without any emotion or drama, rather than a nice book with pictures. No one received their candy canes and the event was totally boring.

DJ was very good. Very appropriate for event. Seems that there were some miscommunications between Thompson and the DJ that led to some confusion. We went with the flow though.

While I realize that I changed some items at the last minute, my husband's name was announced incorrectly. We were introduced as Mr. & Mrs. Jared Niedenthal. Jared is my brother-in-law. Jorden is my husband's name. This was additionally upsetting because I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with the DJ the night before. Other than that, the mistakes were understandable to a degree. The actual dancing portion of the night was amazing though! Everyone had a great time. I would recommend Thompson Entertainment but in the future, I'd be sure that (at the very least) the Bride and Groom's name are said correctly!

We were impressed with the owner Larry, but there was another wedding that required more lighting than us, so he went to that wedding and his wife came to ours. Let's just say that I cried my eyes out all night long the night of my wedding because it was that horrible of an experience. During prayer, there was a music radio station that came through their sound system. People began leaving approximately 4:30pm (the reception started at 3:00pm and was to last until 9pm). We had several complaints about the dj...I asked for specific songs to be played, and they weren't. I could not enjoy my own reception because I kept having to ask her to pick up the pace. Guests asked for songs to be played and she stated she did not have them in her inventory. She did not interact with the audience. We couldn't hear what she was saying when she made announcements about cake cutting and such. We just returned from our honeymoon and complaints still were being made by guests that live in the neighborhood. We called to complain to the owner on Monday (during our honeymoon), he was to call us back yesterday and did not. I plan on contacting the BBB about them and probably will place ads in the paper alerting people in the community to not hire them. I dedicated a song to my husband, and she cut it off mid song. My photographer complained, my parents complained, everyone complained...so my happy day turned into a miserable experience at my reception. Everyone left by 7:45...we finally had her shut it down shortly after 8:00pm. She apologized and asked if everything went well...she knew she did a horrible job. I can never relive this experience and will never, never, never hire this company again...she stated to me on the phone that she did not like rap music...and if she had to play it, she would but did not like to...I asked for a rap song to be played for my nephews and she never played it...this was a bi-racial wedding, so hip music was needing to be played....I take from that that she had it set in her mind she was going to play as little of the music that she didn't like as possible. I asked for suit and tie on their attire question...and she showed up in polyster pants and shirt...not professional looking at all....instead of bringing her assistant as she told me on the phone she was going to, she brought her son who sat there and ate and kept putting this black thing over his face trying to scare her....very unprofessional and I am extremely upset about the whole experience.

Thompson Entertainment did a great job for our Christmas Party!
