The Elvis was funny, talented guitar player, good singer, and had an UNBELIEVABLE SUIT!

Elvis was very professional and polite.

All4Fun came through for me on a last minute request. Although my original entertainer became sick a few hours before the party - they found a comparable entertainer to fullfil my party needs. Everything worked out, everyone was dancing, and people are still talking about the party.

Overall I thought the event was fun!

His professional CD equipment failed. So he was trying to use a boombox to provide the music. The trouble was that he couldn't hear the music to sing along to if he walked around--which he tried to do to involve the crowd. We could only hear his voice through his speaker. He tried VERY hard to make the best of the situation. He even did one song without music. The whole thing just threw him off. Again--he tried very hard. I felt badly for him. But it spoiled the performance.

We were very dissapointed that Elvis appeared at 10:30pm. we were wanting him to appear around 9:00pm. by the time he arrived most of the guests had already left. the performance was great, those people that were still there really enjoyed him but sooo many were dissapointed they did not get to see him. He did call and say that he ran into road construction, rain, and then he called again to say now he was lost. I feel that with approx. 7 months notice for this job, he could have been more prepared by leaving much earlier to be sure he was on time.

I had booked for both Dean and Frank to perform together and I was told that was ok at first, but then I was told later that it would not be possible (this is the reason for the low rating on the accomodating part of the survey). Even before the event I was getting noticed via. e-mail saying that my payment was past due, when I had given my credit card information several times and Ann would say that they would take care of it. Even after the event I was getting notices that my payment was past due (this is why I rated low in the professionalism). Everything that I have rated had nothing to do with the Frank Sinatra impersonator he was great and he does have talent. All of my low ratings have to do with the Dean Martin performer. Every single person at my part felt like his performance was like if you scratched your nails on the chalk board. He has absolutly no business charging for his act. When I called the next business day and told your company this Ann said,"What do you want me to do", with an attitude (this is also why I rated you low on the professionalism. Frank had come to my party at first and a lot of people were impressed and were interested in having something like him at their parties to follow, but after Dean came that ruined that for you. So, to recap we did not get the performance that we had booked (both performers together) and then the second performer was completely terrible, in answering the rude person on the phone from your company, I would have liked to have been refunded some of the money that I had paid. You doing absolutely nothing for a disatisfied customer really should not shock you why I rated my overall performance the way that I did.

I was very upset about the whole show. I had hired E-Elvis for my daughter's wedding which was Friday, May 11th. Thursday night around 5:00 I got a call from All4Fun saying that the person I hired was sick and couldn't make it and that they would send a replacement. They told me that the replacement was a good perfomer except that it was a different type of show than E-Elvis did. He didn't get the audience involved like the original person I hired would have done and he didn't use CD's he just used a guitar. Basically, he just stood there with his guitar and sang. His equipment that he had to set up took too long to set up and it also kept making loud noises. It took too long in between songs. He had to keep adjusting his equipment. He didn't even sound very good either. When he came in, he just went up to my daughter and said "Hi" and then he had to set up his equipment. To me that wasn't much of a surprise. Everything should have been set up before he came in. The DJ wanted to set up the equipment for him but he wouldn't let them. He said it had too many things that had to be connected. All4Fun had said they would reimburse me for the show if I didn't want to go with the replacement. I told them I really had no choice getting a call at 5:00 the day before the wedding. I had no time to find anyone else to do the show and that I really wanted my daughter to have an Elvis impersonator for the wedding. As long as they said the replacement did a good job, I agreed to let him do it. Like I said, he was not good at all. He had about 3 or 4 more songs to sing and I just had my son tell him to go to the last song to get him out of there. Also, when he was finished he stuck around at the bar and drank for over an hour and people said he was going around to different tables singing which I didn't want him to do. I just wanted him out of there. Needness to say, I will never hire anyone from that company ever again and I will also tell everyone about this awful experience. By the way, All4Fun also said they would give me a $25.00 refund for not being able to have the performer I wanted. Big Deal.

The crowd - old and young - love it! He did a great job bringing in the birthday "boy". Our friend celebrated his 40th singing along with Elvis while the kids danced and screamed! He was fabulous. We highly recommend him.

Elvis was great! My family and I had the most fun at my mothers 50th birthday party and I know this wouldn't be possible without the assistance of a great entertainer that we had with the gentilman who played Elvis. That alone made it one of the better parties we have ever thrown and we will very much consider All4Fun 5 Star Entertainment in the future for our parties. We were just thrilled with 'Elvis's' appearance at our girl's weekend party. He did a terific job and could NOT have been more accomodating. He was very energenic and engaging. He sang extremely well, sounding JUST LIKE Elvis! He made sure everyone was included, accomodated special requests and posing for several pictures afterwards. He made small children comfortable. He was so realistic and engaging that a bridal party passing by stopped to pose with him! Our guest of honor was thrilled, we were thrilled and you will be as well if you select this professional performer.

Great Show. Made the party a success. Everyone enjoyed their show. Dancers really worked with the crowd to involve them in the show. What a way to spend a 50th birthday party.

The show was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed it, from age 12 to my friends of 75 plus years. Elvis was recomended by my girlfriend and I'm sure I will recomend him to others. A great time was had by all. I'm sorry this survey was done so late, however, We've been on a 3 week vacation since the show and I just arrived home last evening. BRAVO ELVIS Ruth & Jerry Werba
