John was very professional and a very talented showman.
He is a great Elvis impersonator; the voice, the appearance, and the mannerisms. Very Impressive. He was very gracious to accept this gig.

I booked John for my husband's birthday last Saturday, 8/18/12 at our home for the after dinner surprise entertainment. It could not have been better. We had 17 guests. He loved it and so did everyone else. About half of the group was in their 30s and the other half in their 50's -60's. We went with classic 1950s Elvis (John gives you the option of the 50"s, 60"s or 70"s dressed Elivis). While he says, "I'm not channeling Elvis", you'd swear that he is because he is that good. John has a great voice, keeps the show fun, and has all those great moves!!! Don't hesitate to hire him and Karen (his wife who works the sound system) for your next party!

John was the life of the party and I was considered a "hero" for finding him. I would highly recommend John when you need Elvis to be there. My girlfriend was so excited and emotional that she kept jumping up and down. I can't think of anyone else that would have done such a wonderful job. Thank you John.

From the very first communication with John through the completion of the show, he was more than I could have hoped for. Obviously, to find a great Elvis was the objective, but there is much more that makes the experience an overall success, and it didn’t take long to realize that John was more than just a fantastic Elvis impersonator. Professionalism, communication, flexibility, and talent. If these are qualities that are important for choosing the best performer, then John Jensen could be a great choice for you. I researched numerous artists, and it was clear after the show that my time, energy, and money were not spent in vain. Thanks again John for the memories!

WOW!
John has a beautiful voice, is a tall and handsome man, and he BECAME
ELVIS! As we look back on him today we are all saying that we saw Elvis perform yesterday!
He was professional from set-up to break-down, and has a really engaging personality that came through in the show as well. He treated the guest of honor like a princess, and she (and we) can't stop talking about him.
John read the crowd perfectly, and guaged his performance to their reactions. Everyone loved him.
I wouldn't hestitate for one instant to recommend him to any group.
A really superior entertainer...thanks, John.

I hired John for my husbands surprise birthday party. The look on his face when "Elvis" walked in was priceless!
John's performance was even more than I had anticipated. He was professional, flexible, outstanding and put on an amazing show! He was punctual, friendly and looked fantastic. What a show, what a voice and what a resemblance to Elvis!
our guests couldn't take their eyes off his performance. He kept you captivated. His moves and voice sounded so much like Elvis.
I would highly recommend John for your special occasion.

John is professional and talented but also personable. He knows how to work the crowd. John performed special requests from the guests and posed for pictures with the guests. Everyone loved him. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Being from Ontario, I was concerned about the five hour drive that John would have to make. I was assured that this was not a problem and he showed up at the exact time he said he would. His performance was great. He interspersed his songs with stories about Elvis which was a nice touch. Everyone liked his voice, his look and his choice of songs, as well as his personality. We all would like to see him perform again. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone hosting a party or an event.

We had John Jensen for two shows so far, August 13 and August 20 and one more coming on August 27. John incorporated the requests we made into his show and was very entertaining and interacted with the residents. One of the residents wrote a note afterwards stating that John “…did himself proud!” Looking forward to seeing him again this Friday night.

I will recommend John for ANY celebration. He was excellent entertainment for a surprise 75th birthday party! From a 19 month old to an 82 year old, everyone had a blast with “Elvis”. He was punctual, professional, down to earth during the show and exceptionally entertaining. Worth every penny and then some! The perfect amount of Elvis flare without being provocative and embarrassing for the guest of honor. “The best family party we’ve EVER had! We’ve never seen so much laughter and singing at any event” Because of John, we'll be talking about this party for decades!

John performed his Hail to the King Show at the Fairview Park Branch of the Cuyahoga County Library and it was a resounding success! The audience loved the show and he really did a great job, mixing songs with stories and jokes that really got the crowd involved.

Bill:I chose John because he had the best look,sound & moves of all I reviewed. I wanted to surprise my wife, Elaine, for her birthday. Elaine & her family are big Elvis fans,he needed to be very good. Karen made sure John's entrance was a surprise. Was it ever!! Elaine recognized him as Elvis immediately! John's voice truly sounds like Elvis.
Elaine: John's performance was nothing short of spectacular! The era he chose was perfect! He looked like Elvis, sang very much like Elvis, and had a great knowledge about Elvis and gave background and history about Elvis' songs and life. Thank you John and your wife Karen for a fabulous show!

Ours was not a typical event as it was a small house party of 45 people. John arrived on time, interacted with our guests, sang a few tunes and kept everyone completely entrained. It made our party the "talk of the town". We're still getting great feedback from everyone. He was a true gentleman and went way, way out of his way to make our event fit into his schedule. JOHN JENSEN'S "HAIL TO THE KING SHOW" IS AN EXCELLENT ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY IS JOHN'S TALENT WONDERFUL HE IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINER. HE HAD THE AUDIENCE IN THE PALM OF HIS HANDS. JOHN HAS A GREAT VOICE AND DOES A GREAT PERFORMANCE. EVERYONE LEFT THE SHOW SMILING AND WANTING MORE. JOHN DID OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS CONTRACTED WITH HIM. OUR COMMUNITY CENTER WILL BE HAVING JOHN FOR FUTURE SHOWS. PEOPLE WERE REQUESTING HIM AGAIN WHILE THEY WERE LEAVING THE SHOW.

We had John entertain at our holiday company party. He has a terrific voice and a wonderful rapport with the audience and was very accommodating to the requests and "antics" of our group. I hired John to tour my son's school as part of a Rock & Roll theme teacher appreciation week.He was a hit w/ the teachers and 5/6 grade students.He sang beautifully w/o music.He was flexible in the crazy schedule we had due to planning around the school day.With each performance,he spoke to the students reminding them the teachers were the true stars of the show and led them in giving the teachers a round of applause.He went over his hourly commitment,but didn't charge us more because we were on a budget and he was happy to "give back".He was friendly,talented,professional and a roaring success!Everyone's still talking about his visit being the hit of the week!

John was wonderful. He was willing before the show to walk around our facility and personally talk to our residents. His performance was outstanding. His personality sparkles. He made each member of the audience feel as if they were special. Several of our residents and staff members are intereted in hiring him in the future and we will definitely have him back another time.
