He was prompt even with the heavy traffic. Very energetic and put on a great show! Only thing is at the end with photos he seemed like he was rushing.. like he needed to get on to another event. I paid for an hour but he was done and on the road after 45 minutes o arriving. But again overall a great entertainer!

Rick was very professional, business-like, has good talent, a variety of things to offer and really tried hard to accommodate us. The only reason that I gave him an overall 4 rating is that his entertainment system broke down about 2/3 of the way through the performance and his great looking 1963 pink Cadillac leaked transmission fluid on one end of my driveway and engine oil on the other end. I should have expected that from a 52 year old car! Both of these issues I can over look and I would definitely book Rick again.

Overall I had a wonderful experiance with Mr. Torres. He responded promptly to many emails I sent him during the scheduling process. He arrived on time, started on time, and gave a wonderful performance. The only reason I am giving him 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because the package I bought included a Pink Caddy Cruise at the end of the show for 4 people. After the show it took me about 15 minutes to round up the people that wanted to ride in the caddy, but in that time Mr. Torres had left already. For the price he charges I feel he should have made an effort to find me and ask if I wanted the ride.

The Mini Pink Caddy Cruise is complementary with the "Elvis and Pink Caddy Show" giving a short 7 minute ride singing 2 songs from inside teh caddy..Some people take it and some don’t because they don’t want to leave their party, and just want to take picture with Cadillace it which were done alot till everone had one. Not taking the ride is a semi-common occurrence. After my show I took pictures and waited till the last person was done taking pictures before I left and I stayed time per contract for the appearance. It’s always my policy to provide the best experience, I gave my sincerest apology for the misunderstanding & Gave a $50.00 voucher with no expiration.

The contract stated that he will be at the party between 7:30-8 pm but he came in at 8:20. People were waiting for him. He came in when we were about to do the birthday toast. Then he started singing 1 song after another until he finished 6 songs. He came from another party earlier that's why he was tired and in a hurry.

I am detailed in my service. Perla got a 30 minute appearance 6 song show aka "Elvis Quickie" Yes the songs are done back to back to maximize the show and allow for pictures. I contacted Perla from may last show with an exact ETA of 8pm and then when I was delayed in traffic 10 min longer to 8:10 tried to call and she did not answer her phone. She did call me at 8 and I told her. Upon arrival at 8:10 I never enter as they are a surprise. for 15 minutes i attempted to call her and again she did not answer her phone. This has happened in the past so i just came in. I was not tired. I am never tired. I gave her a high energy performance as I always do at every show.

It was unfortunate that I was unable to make it to this event the client contacted me at the time I was supposed to be at the event at no time did they ever call me to confirm as others have done. When they did contact me I was confused about the booking it was Valentine's Day and I did have other shows earlier in the day but nothing on the calendar for them. I believe they hit the book Now button on gigmasters which essentially secure the date. There was never a contract written up for any agreement at all. was unable to make their event I could have easily set it into the calendar and done it but unfortunately there was no follow-up after they hit the book Now

Rick Torres was absolutely amazing! He was the hit of the party, all of our guests loved him. He is such a great performer and has a personality that’s out of this world. We can’t wait to hired him again in the future!
