From start to finish our experience was top notch. We hired Elsa and Anna for our daughters 3rd birthday, they were patient as she warmed up to them, they read a book, sang songs and played games with the kids. My daughter is still talking about it!

Mickey was great!! My granddaughter loved it. All the kids and adults had a great time dancing to the hot dog song Would recommend and use again!!

False advertisement very disappointed

Normally I don't respond to bad reviews because everyone has a right to their opinion. However in this case a response is warranted. When my princess arrived she did everything she was supposed to. She read to the children, danced and posed for photos. The mother stated that she needed to stay for 1.5 hours, however only 1 hour was paid for. The princess was also asked to dance and sing along to very inappropriate music that was filled with horrible language. She politely declined to participate in this. Because you paid for her time that does not mean you can dictate her activities if they are not with the morals of our company.

We had Elena of Avalor surprised my daughter and her friends. She was wonderful! She read a story and then posed for pictures with all the children! Will definitely use again!

We had Mickey Mouse and a face painter at my sons first birthday. They both were great. The kids really enjoyed them. They brought a boom box to play Mickey Mouse club house songs that wasn't very loud but overall they were great and made my sons party that much better. I would use them again.

Very enjoyable entertainment. They showed up a little late but that was ok. I would of liked them to have brought some music with them because an hour just to take pictures was too much. I thought they would dance a little or get the children envolved more.

Thank you so much for the feedback! I completely agree with your review. I'm sorry they were late as well, I'm glad that they called you and made you aware of the situation though. As for music, they had it with them and were so flustered that they forgot to bring it in. By the time either thought of it they were already dressed and in the house. Not an excuse at all, you are completely right! Thank you again and I hope the children had a good time!

I really can't say enough about how FANTASTIC Face Candy is. They are customer focused and our experience was amazing. I had Cinderella spend time and sing to my granddaughter at her birthday party. My granddaughter was mesmerized by Cinderella and I was so impressed with her character authenticity and vocal talent.

We had Renée she was awesome!! The kids love the face painting (and so did the adults!) She was great!! She even helped us move the canopy while we were setting up the party!! She showed me some other features that her company offered and I wish I new sooner... but I will definitely be using them in the future!! (I'll probably request Renée as well) we were extremely happy!!

There was a mix up through gig masters that created an issue. However, this was overcome and face candy made sure the event was seen though! She did a wonderful job and we appreciated her coming through!
