Very polite artist that was able to interact with many patrons one-on-one while drawing cute pictures. Everyone left with a smile and a charicature.

He was very professional but not very energetic, did not act like he was very happy to be there. The pictures were also done on normal size of paper and the pictures were just slightly off from the person he was drawing. I thought the pictures would be really out there like you see at fairs, on the boardwalk, etc.

This review is spurious. Several examples of work exist on both our profile & website. We also clarify to every customer how we render work:
Our style is "loose-portrait" & complimentary. We draw 20,000+ caricatures annually- complimentary is always preferred, not exaggeration!
1-person drawings are rendered on 8.5"x11" card stock for durability & ease of having work framed. Couples & groups are rendered on larger paper.
Regarding the artist's energy & "happiness": He loves his work & received many compliments that evening.

The company is wonderful. The people I spoke with on the phone and by text were outstanding and made sure everything was what we wanted. Santa was nervous though and a little unsure what his role was. The helper was outstanding and he is what made the party a success. He was very outgoing and accommodating. Santa tried to do whatever was required, but should maybe be a little more outgoing in the future and even a little louder. Our Santa's have always been loud with a "Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas. We didn't get that when he came in and only a average voice merry christmas when leaving. He was nice though and was professional. Hopefully these tips will help.

The Santa talked to a 9 year old like she was 40. Like he was there for the adults instead of kids. We were very disappointed

This sad & malicious review doesn’t match our experience with this client.
1) They called 5 times after booking to ensure we would show up. 23 years in business, 1000s of events! We’ve always shown. Stop calling!
2) Our Santa is real beard, real boots, custom outfit & widely acclaimed - he engages with everyone respectfully. How is this low talent & unprofessional?
3) They gave our Santa both a present & a tip - why do that if they hated the experience?
4) Our Santa was accompanied by a handler who witnessed everything. The singular child just sat there & didn’t engage with Santa - who’s fault is that?
We would not work with them again for any price.

They didn't make it to the party at all. They didn't verify the address I sent 3 different times and they went to West Chester near Akron, OH. One of the address I sent I the Venue name and address with a jpg, and typed out. All of interactions have my work address with West Chester, OH 45069. I found this very disappointing for professionals. --

We share Pam’s disappointment in her experience. Our efforts from communication to travel to technology were all mired with unforeseen adversities.
Nonetheless, the team of talent was committed to arrival and providing full value, albeit slightly later than the originally scheduled service time. Pam elected to release the team from obligation.
