Communication was excellent. Santa was authentic and just wonderful. He was great with my 98 year old grandmother and dogs, and has a lovely singing voice. Santa's visit made a very special gift, even in the off-season!

He was a nice man - didn't offer a lot to do with the kids - was here only 20 minutes - did not remember to speak of the elfs - as I requested so I reminded him. didn't really know the kids names. could have come up with more ideas for conversation.

I called Anita to discuss her feedback: She forgot that Santa arrived and started 20 minutes early, totaling a 40 minute visit. She also confirmed that Santa did everything she asked him to do and I explained we never received information about "the elves". Santa did his best with the children's names but there were 9 children and this was the first time he met them.

Santa was wonderful. Not only did he look just amazingly authentic but he was really great with the kids. I would highly recommend him.

He seemed intoxicated and he was all over the place bye couldn’t read the names on any presents and his gloves were dirty and his belt was to the side. He definitely looked disheveled and didn’t make sense at times but he had a lot of energy.

I had 2 hours notice to find them a Santa on Christmas Eve. The Cream of the Crop was not available. I'm sorry you were disappointed.

Santa was very interactive. He went out on the floor and literally got down on the kid's level to talk with them and calm any fears they had. He was great.

Party authority was quick to provide a refund- but unfortunately since they outsource their performers - our Easter bunny did not show up for our Easter egg hunt.

In a nutshell: The Easter Bunny got a flat tire and was unable to make it to the event on time so I gave Meghan a 100% refund.
