OMG, Judy was AMAZING!!! She arrived on time and stayed late to accomodate all the kids. I had to reachedule and she was very accomodating as well. We had a bird theme going and I sent her pictures of what I wanted done and she had absolutely no problems with any of them. On top of that, my son (one of the birthday boy twins) came up and shoed her a stuffed bird and said "I want this one" and she nailed it! Love love love her. Will definitely use her again. All the moms loved her too and as a matter of fact, one booked her for a party the following day! She comes with the highest recommendations for face painting. Super talented woman!

Her expertise to face painting and balloon making was impeccable. What I didn't like was the fact that she didn't choose to find me (the host) when her time was up. But randomly told a guest of the party that her time was up and she needed to get paid. I felt that was quite unprofessional and should have sought the me "the host" out to advise her time was up. Of course, notably she was going to get paid for her services.

When I arrived I informed you I needed to leave promptly at 3:00 because I had another event. I was greeted and setup outside and did not know where you lived, and you were not outside when I finished. The guest you are referring to came and asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was finished and that I needed to find you to get paid. I did not ask her to pay me. I am happy that you liked my work and I appreciate the opportunity given.

Judy was very professional and friendly. The kids loved getting their faces painted. The balloon twist however could use some work. Her balloons kept on popping during the twist. Overall we enjoyed her service.

I do apologize for the balloons. The issue was not with my twisting, but with the quality of the balloons. I have ordered better balloons, but had not received them yet. I appreciate the opportunity.

It was great she was very patient and caring with a group of 3 yr olds!!

I thought the face painter was great. She was a little late because of traffic which was not her fault. She ended up staying later than she was supposed to which we appreciated very much! We would definitely use her again!

She was wonderful! She was very talented, and great with the kids, was able to paint anything that was requested- well! And she even stayed a little late to make sure all of the kids had balloon animals, which i hadn't even requested at booking, Definitely would recommend!

When the Balloonist arrive she just stayed in a corner till I found her. I asked her to walk around and ask kids if they wanted a balloon. When I came back she was still in the corner. I told her I asked her to walk around, she said she was waiting for the aisle to clear. I then just asked the kids to move and they did. she did go into the main ballroom but never walked around. She said she made balloon twists but I only saw a few. I know they were teenagers but i think if she was assertive the kids would have liked them and made requests. I don't know really her overall talent as I only saw just a few of the balloons. We will not use FX Entertainment again.

When I got there, I had several people looking for you. Did you know they were setting up a carnival tent in the middle of the hallway, and that this was in part why I had to wait in the corner? I did make many balloons, mostly hats. I did walk around and pass them out. I don't expect you would know because you were in a different room. The crowd was in fact of age where they were not interested in balloons. However, I did not go onto the very crowded dance floor because balloon twisting requires some elbow room. I am sorry you were unhappy with my performance.

We used Judy for our Breakfast with Santa, it was arrived in perfect timing and was excellent with the children. Her Christmas paintings for the Kids faces were awesome, they all enjoyed it. We will definitely be using her again.
