The overall experience was good but I book the expert for two hours and she was not as fast as describe during the hiring .... I feel that for the price it was not worthy Too many of the guest were in line and did not get the picture drawn Since I used this service before in November, I feel that cartoonist was faster and more efficient .

I appreciate the clients feedback, however every artist is different as are the clients they do portraits for. It's not an exact number that can be done per hour. We do excellent high quality fast work. We are disappointed that it was not fast enough for the client but we feel more time should have been purchased. We have complete confidence in our artist. Thank you.

Hi Note were professional, on time and stayed the full hour, even though every child's face was painted and each child received a balloon character. Bill, the balloon artist, kept making more balloons for the kids. They all had a ball and I will be calling Hi Note next year for our Christmas Party.

We hired Santa for our corporate party, and he was awesome. He was very professional, friendly and interacted well with the children. We are very happy with our overall experience and would highly recommend them.

Happy kids, happy parents. Overall the service was great. Though I was busy with the party organization, some guests told me that they were very impressed with the balloon twister.

Showed up on time, and was wonderful with the kids and staff! The lady sent to us did amazing work, and brought a wonderful light to our event despite the gloomy day, going above and beyond my expectation. Will certainly be requesting them again.

They showed up on time. They were felxible when things needed to change a little bit. The kids and families really enjoyed them. I hope to use them again next year. The only complaint I had was from a little boy who was looking for the balloon twister after the walk was over. We had only hired them for an hour. So- that just means we will have to have HiNote stay for a longer time!Thank you! Walk Day Chair
