When I had booked for my daughters birthday party, I had said that I wanted face painting and balloons. After I had paid the booking and deposit fee, I received an email from the service telling me I could only choose face painting or balloons. That should have been stated with the booking arrangement. Party-I paid for an hour and a half, and due to rain, most people left after an hour. 20 minutes before time was up 3 girls lined up to get a painting. The girl was very reluctant to paint because time was "almost" up. She ended up painting two girls but wasn't happy about it. My daughter was the 3rd girl and she wouldn't paint her since she already had one. :(

I LOVE HOUSTONS BEST FACE PAINTING AND BALLOON ART! They are the best. Our artist was GREAT and sooooo patient with the children. I appreciate every thing they did. Michelle went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Even our delivery driver was the nicest and friendliest person I have met in a long while. I am upset about Houston Face painting when I set up what for my daughter birthday party was for Rapunzel to come (meaning dressed up) and do face painting and balloons. When Emily got there she wasnt dressed I called houston face painting and they said they didnt do costumes. I had booked this event 6+ months ago and I had mentioned that I wanted the character Rapunzel to come.

Thank you for the review however there was definitely a miscommunication between the booking. The client requested 3 separate services. A costume character, face painting, and balloon art. We bid on the event based on providing face painting and balloon art and were hired. Even through confirmation emails the client did not mention the costume character and we were unaware she was wanting this service from us as well. We go above and beyond to ensure all customers have the best experience possible with us as our reviews and ratings show.

Houston's best face painting was by far the best face painting experience I have ever had! She was incredibly talented and patient. We gave her ideas of what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. I would like to add we were extremely picky and she handled that exceptionally. I would give her 10 stars if I could and would recommend her to anyone!
