He was over 1.5 hours late. I called and called and at first he did not answer. When I finally reached him, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about as far as the event. He then said he would be there in 30 minutes. We had to start the party without him. Although his performance was good he is not reliable.

He was very pleasant and accomodating. The weather took a turn for the worse and had to move inside, there were no problems. He was very professional. Mario was absolutely fantastic! We hired him to play for our Masquerade Party/Wedding Reception on Sat 10/30/10. He was truly amazing! We gave him simple guidelines of the tone we wanted for the party and he made the evening perfect. He played flamenco guitar, some gypsy guitar and some romantic ballads. Our guests kept coming up to me to tell me how great he was and where did we find him! His music and technique are a pleasure to listen to. I will definately hire him in the future for any parties I intend to throw and would recommend him to anyone! Mario was the best decision we made (other than getting married!) I am so grateful we hired him.

My experience with Mayo Barreto was excellent. My transportation was late in taking me to the ceremony and he was kind enough to entertain the guest with his music while they waited.
