Ms. Master arranged for a string duo to play at our wedding. She was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, the performers disappeared in the middle of the ceremony and we had to send our event planner in search of them after we had 10 minutes of our cocktail reception without music. I can't imagine that they needed a break since they played for about 20 minutes before the ceremony and then played one extremely short song in the middle. I contracted for a full two hours of service and certainly didn't receive that much.

This is the first negative feedback I have ever received and I am very sorry that Ms. Bullen was not totally satisfied. There was apparently a misunderstanding here, as the musicians did play the full ceremony including the recessional, and then took a 10 minute break while the photographer took pictures before playing the cocktail hour. I will be careful to ascertain the timeline for the client to avoid a misunderstanding like this in the future. In this case, the musicians were scheduled to play for two hours with a ten minute break allowed in each hour, and they took only one ten minute break. We regret this caused Ms. Bullen distress as we always try to please

The entire experience with Kathryn was amazing. Unfortunately my daughter and I didn't get to hear them play as much as we would have liked but I got lots of wonderful responses from the guests at my daughter's wedding. The music was exactly what we wanted and we would recommend her to anyone. Absolutely awesome!

Kathryn Master was the touch that distinguished our wedding from so many others this summer. Again and again, friends and family commented on how classy and sophisticated the prelude music was. I chose to march up the aisle to Canon accompanied by harp and flute and it was truly breathtaking! Ms. Master was accommodating, kind, and extremely professional. Communication with her before the event was easy and she was extremely prompt in answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend Ms. Master for your wedding or special event. You will not be disappointed!

My wedding was a fairytale and the music at the ceremony was beautiful. Everyone was asking were I found such amazing musicians. I know that people will be talking about the music for a very long time.
Kathyrn was so helpful and wonderful to work with. It was easy to coordinate the program. I had a change in the program from another vendor at the last minute. I called Kathyrn and she fixed it right away. My nerves were put to ease in minutes.
She is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone I talked to.

The master Classical trio (violin, cello & flute)played at our wedding ceremony this past weekend. Throughout the planning process Kathryn was very accommodating and was able to play all the selections we had requested. The music created such a beautiful ambiance for the ceremony--there wasn't a dry eye in the house! I would certainly request Kathryn and her trio to play at future events. I can't say enough about how wonderful the music was at my daughter's wedding. I was a little nervous about hiring someone off the internet and never really meeting them until the wedding. But they far surpassed any expectations I had and made my daughter's wedding the most beautiful wedding I have every attended. Not just because of my daughter, but because the music was so beautiful. Kathryn was very nice to work with. She, herself, did not actually perform at the wedding, but she was the contact between us and the violin/cello duo. They were able to learn 2 out of the 3 special requested movie themes for the ceremony. The 3rd one wasn't performed, probably due to the very short amount of time we gave them to learn it. Overall I was very pleased. My only regret was that I didn't have more time to listen to them perform!

Ms. Master was a lifesaver. We lost our pianist weeks before our wedding and Ms. Master agreed to play at last minute. She played all our chosen selections beautifully and was very polite and professional. The day before the wedding, the pastor decided we should have music during the lighting of the unity candles. The day of the wedding, he ask Ms. Master if she would accomodate and play during that time, and she happily agreed. She was talented, professional, and very accommodating. We appreciated her playing!
