If it were possible to give higher scores we most definitely would. What an incredible couple Tom and Laurie are. They are consummate professionals and incredible musicians. We were thrilled to be able to offer unique musical selections for our wedding. The pieces Tom composed were lovely. I also cannot ever express enough gratitude at their willingness to arrange and incorporate Gabriel's Oboe into our service as a memorial to my grandfather. We were in tears before we walked down the aisle...it stirred the soul. I highly recommend Muzette! Thank you!

Muzette did a great job playing at our wedding! They played for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. Many of our guests commented on the music and how much they enjoyed it. They played a mixture of celtic, classical and jazz. It was very refreshing to have something a little different than the typical wedding music. My only regret is that we didn't get to hear them enough since we were off with the photographer getting pictures taken for the cocktail hour!

Laurie and Tom were fantastic to work with. My sister and I were hosting a surprise 5oth anniversary party for my parents and so I couldn't really ask for my parents favorite songs. They arrived early even though it was a (2) hour drive from their home. They started playing early and stayed late at our request. They always had a smile on their face and that was commented on. They are very good musicians and choose just the right music for the right time. They even played songs on the flute and cello that had people singing. Anyone that hires them will be thrilled with them.

Muzette played at our fourth of July wedding, and we absolutely loved them! We had guests coming up to us all day asking us where we found the musicians! They were so accommodating, and really easy to work with. The communication back and forth was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions! They showed up early for our event, and they played beautifully throughout our ceremony and reception. If we ever have another event, we will book with Muzette without question. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for musicians at their event! Thank you again for making our fourth of July wedding one that we will NEVER forget! We love you guys :)

Absolutely wonderful! Tom and Laurie could not have been any nicer, their playing credentials are impeccable, and they made it very easy on us. They added a jazz guitarist (also a professional musician with whom they play frequently) for our event, and delivered an incredible, tight, upbeat performance. They didn't overpower the conversations in the room, and added a very special, expertly delivered musical background. These folks are top drawer. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We were blessed to have them play for us, and I hope our paths cross again.

Laurie was extremely responsive to my emails prior to the date, and at the wedding itself our shuttles got lost and were running 30 min late! Tom and Laurie were very understanding of the situation. And of course, the music was great!! The flute and cello duo was loud and clear and lovely.

The music was great. Very accommodating in terms of special requests. Tom got terse with my husband while he was setting up the microphone so that our audience could hear our officiant. As it turns out, people couldn't hear that much, but everyone said it was beautiful. Tom & Laurie gave us two free CDs after the ceremony. I would recommend showing a little more professionalism in terms of social interaction, but everyone's human.

The only reason Tom "got terse" with the groom was because he did not realize it was the groom; a guy set up the microphone with very loud feedback while we were playing a piece by Bach (we were all in a very small gazebo). When we finished the piece, Tom asked if he was done yet. As it turned out, the microphone fed back during the entire service until a blessed soul turned it off. Nonetheless, it was a very beautiful & interesting ceremony.

Tom and Laurie were very nice people. However I think they were confused on the songs I requested. They played a song in place of one I asked for. I am not sure why. It was hard to get a hold of them to plan the music before hand and I was bit stressed about this. Overall the music quality was pretty good.

Apparently there was miscommunication with their wedding coordinator & the bride. We checked with their wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding, who told us the bridal party seemed very confused about which songs were supposed to go where, and that the bride had said for us to place them where we had talked about. We did. Apparently it was not correct. It's a shame, because we spent hours arranging & rehearsing her special songs.
