Having live bagpipe music was extraordinary and well worth the expense. I know I will always remember the experience, and I know most of my guests will, too. When my husband (for whom this was a surprise) realized there was a bagpiper walking up the drive, he had tears in his eyes. It was the "icing on the cake" of the party!

Michael was great. Showed up on time. Played his guitar and bagpipes. Even played a special request my sister had for a song she wanted to sing (this was prearranged). Really enjoyed Michael and would highly recommend. Terrific musician.

Michael was a real professional at my mother's funeral-- he knew just what to do and when to do it. Not only did he provide a beautiful finish to the service, he made it easier for me to focus on the event itself rather than worry about his performance.

Fantastic! Extremely easy to work with. Consistent and professional. My guests commented on how engaging and sincere he was during our event. He reached a very diverse audience at our event. As a professional musician myself, the quality of the live music in my wedding ceremony was of the utmost importance. Michael was a consummate professional and a true pleasure to work with. He was a prompt and responsive communicator with all phone calls, and was incredible in working with us to give shape to our ceremony. Additionally, Michael was a great collaborator with the singers who were performing and was responsive to making sure that we could have the songs we wanted on our special day. Michael did excellent work in every aspect. His skills as a bagpiper are truly exceptional. He played beautifully and really added to the overall atmosphere of the event. The music was clear and perfect in timing. He knew just where to place himself so the music wouldn't be too loud and his cadence at walking off and allowing the music to fade were ideal. We also appreciated Michael's communications beforehand. He was prompt at returning phone calls and emails around busy schedules and he's very flexible with a wonderful selection of music to choose from. I would enthusiatically recommend him to others for his skill and professionalism.
