Jim Armstrong played at our outdoor wedding last weekend. He was so helpful in deciding which types of music to play and his catalogue is so extensive! He was happy to learn a special piece for when we had our reception, which was really meaningful and was played beautifully. Jim Armstrong was amazing at my daughter's wedding at the Henderson Resort in Destin. We spoke a few times before the "Big Day" and Jim was professional and very accommodating to our song list. He is quite talented and played beautifully from his large repertoire of songs. (Even though he was seated in direct sun on a hot summer day!). He arrived early to set up, was efficient and played lovely music. I HIGHLY recommend Jim for any event that you'd want beautiful classical/acoustic guitar music. He plays many genre's of music and plays very well. Thank you Jim!

Jim Armstrong created the perfect ambiance for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner! His music completed my vision for a dinner party that was elegant, yet comfortable. I was confident from our first contact that he knew what we needed and he exceeded my expectations! He created beautiful music and set the tone for the evening as guest arrived and beautifully transitioned from cocktails to dinner and toasts. I received many compliments on the beautiful music as well as how his playing did not overpower the dinner conversations, as I have experienced in other dinners, but added the perfect background. I recommend him 100%! EXCELLENT!

Jim is a very talented musician and was perfect for our event and venue. He was exceptionally flexible and very accommodating as our plans changed along the way. Although a different musician was used for the wedding itself, Jim offered information and music suggestions for the wedding event. I would highly recommend Jim as a resource for celebrations and receptions!

I booked Jim for my son's wedding because the reviews showed he was experienced and familiar with beach weddings. Jim was so polite in his communication and was prompt in getting back to me on my many questions. He has a lot of music you can select from or you can leave it up to him to play songs that fit your style of music. His music was absolutely beautiful!! He sets up himself, so no stress on your part, and he provides a wireless mic for the officiant which was so wonderful to hear the vows being said. Guests were complimenting me in choosing Jim as our guitar player. I highly recommend Jim for your special occasion.
