Nina was a consummate professional and had a lovely and calm presence at the memorial. Even the way she dressed for the event was perfect. She was very good at improvising when we needed more time for guests to arrive and took what we expressed we wanted into account on her own initiative when we needed some more music as the service concluded adding an opera piece inspired by the pastor describing my mom’s story. She also was so great and patient with coordinating a very last-minute decision to accompany a song in a key and accompaniment/tempo we needed. Nina elevated our now-unforgettable memorial. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any event.
