Lydia played harp for our outdoor wedding in May and was amazing! She came by recommendation of another friend who hired her for their own wedding. She was extremely professional and kind, and was very accommodating to special requests. She has a large repertoire of songs so we could pick many we liked and she was even able to include the harp version of some symphonic pieces where applicable (my husband plays french horn and wanted some of his favorites). She played exactly when discussed during parts of the ceremony and we received many compliments. I would definitely recommend her to a friend for their event!

Lydia was wonderful. There were so many compliments given to us regarding the choice of the harp for our music. We would highly recommend Lydia. The ceremony was outside in a wedding garden. The music carried along with the breeze making the sound even more beautiful. It was also nice having harp music playing during the cocktail hour as well. I am a store manager and booked Lydia to play for a reception I hosted. She is amazingly talented and friendly. Her music was great and everyone loved the atmosphere from her music. I was happy to have her play at my event and would recommend Lydia to everyone looking for a great musician. I was told by numerous people about how talented she was and how great she made the event sound. It added a very classy touch I don't believe I could have received from anyone else. We had Lydia play her harp for our wedding on 8/2/14. Lydia was extremely helpful and informative from day one, which took much of the pressure off of myself and my fiance, now husband. She communicated very promptly through her email and also texts. Her website made choosing our songs such a breeze as she has so many choices and examples! After the ceremony, many guests came up to myself and my parents to compliment Lydia's talent. She plays so beautifully! I would definitely recommend Lydia to anyone looking for a harpist! For our St. Paddy's Day event, we had an entertainer cancel at the last minute. Not knowing what else to do, I googled "Entertainers in the Columbus, Ohio area" and the GigMasters website popped up. Lydia's harp music brought beautiful sounds to my daughter's wedding ceremony. This was a morning wedding in an indoor space and the harp was perfect in volume, providing a nice background for the seating chatter of the guests, as well as a completely moving processional (and recessional). The guests were very complimentary. More importantly, the bride and groom loved it! Highly recommended! :-)

Lydia was very enjoyable to work with and very professional. Before our wedding Lydia was willing to met with us and play samples of music, because we didn't know much about weddings or music Lydia was a huge help. Also the day of the wedding we had rain and the ceremony was delayed for 10-15 min. Lydia had no problem waiting for us to beginning and even said she was good with playing the the light rain if that's what we wanted. In addition to Lydia's professionalism, and her extensive knowledge in music she is also very kind hearted. I would definitely recommend Lydia for your event!!!
