Walter Lindstrom of Obesity Law Center in Chula Vista paid with a check that was returned for "insufficient funds." After 5 weeks and numerous phone calls, faxes, and emails, Mr. Lindstrom finally made good on the payment. Performers should avoid dealing with this client.

Victoria Rose played beautifully at our wedding. Her performance certainly added to the elegant and romantic atmosphere in which we were trying to create. We had a couple of email correspondence in which we felt the tone was somewhat rude and demanding. However, those issues were quickly resolved and there were no problems on our wedding day. Victoria's rates were reasonable and, overall, we were very happy with our experience with her.

Although my profile clearly states that I perform latin, classical, and jazz music, several of the guests requested country & western and cowboy tunes. I recommend that clients carefully read an artist's profile and listen to the audio samples to better understand what kind of music they are buying, so that they do not have unrealistic expectations.

I emailed Victoria and cancelled 2 months prior to my event. She accepted and was polite with her well wishes. Her manager called me two days before my wedding and scolded me on how rude I was for not calling him to cancel and said he questioned my intentions with Gigmasters.com. He called me FIVE times and left horribly rude voicemails and some on my poor mother's cell phone! I received an email from Vicotoria, she had lost my cancelation email and had forgotton to take it off her calander. I can't remember ever being treated as poorly by anyone in the customer service industry as I was by her manager. I do not recommend dealing with this site.

My manager was not informed of the event cancellation. Several days prior to the event date, he attempted to contact the client to verify time, date, and location of event. The client failed to respond to numerous e-mail and voicemail messages asking her to please call back. The wedding site venue reported that the bride was was notoriously difficult to reach and provided the telephone number of the client's mother as a last resort. My manager finally reached the client at her mother's house. When inquiring about the event, my manager was treated rudely and told "to piss off." I did not play for this client. Victoria was amazingly wonderful at our scholarship event. She provided wonderful music during the arrival and dinner hours. She arrived on time and was very accommodating. Her first concern was the satisfaction of us and our guests. Our event was semi-formal, and she dressed to match. I am looking forward to our next event so we can have her back.

I was so impressed with Victoria Rose's professionalism, kindness, prompt e-mail responses, and of course--her music! I highly recommend Victoria Rose, you won't be disappointed! I only wish I had more time to sit and enjoy the music rather than hosting an event, but I do know my guests enjoyed the music also as we had many compliments. It was a very busy day and her contact person had forgot his cell phone. But when we came back up from the beach Victoria was all set up and playing. All the guests thought she was wonderful and extremely professional. I would add that she never once took a break, incredible. Will definitely use again.

What I heard from Victoria playing was absolutely beautiful. I had several wedding guests tell me how wonderful the music was and my wedding coordinator was so impressed with her professionalism and talent. She had a large music selection and my new husband and I had a great time choosing from an array of songs from her playlist.

Very good experience overall. Victoria and her percussionist played lovely music. The only thing that my family was not happy about was that she set a tip jar out at the event, which probably appeared a little tacky (plus we tipped her anyway). Other than that, she was great.
