They were very gracious and accomodating, our residents loved them. The costumes were beautiful. The only negative was that they were to provide 4 to 6 dancers and there were only 3 that came. Other than that, I would definitely hire them again.

The show was great and I liked the way they interacted with the crowd. It was a little expensive for what we received but did not have much choice due to timing.

Grace Hula Dance Company arrived on time and ready to take their places, in order to greet attendees as they arrived. They were extremely pleasant and never stopped smiling. Overall, their performance was flawless and I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone wanting an authentic Hawaiian or Polynesian experience for their luau. Additionally, my questions/emails were promptly answered each time I had a question.

The show was superb!! Everyone was mesmerized by the quality of the dancing. It was very evident that all the dancers, drummers and fire-dancer were professionals. Grace did a fantastic job in explaining the movements and what they meant. Every costume change was done in a smooth and cohesive manner. They did an excellent job engaging the audience. From the very young to the very mature in age, we all enjoyed the dances she had us involved in. It was the total package of entertainment for everyone...smiles, laughter and awe! Everyone commented that it would be a birthday party that they would never forget because of the Grace Hula Dancers! THANK YOU GRACE!!!

We were extremely pleased with the dancers that Grace Hula Company sent to my daughter's birthday. Grace was unable to provide dancers for the party after we had to change the date, but they located other dancers in our area with whom they had worked, and made all the arrangements. We had two dancers and a ukelele player. All of them were wonderful dancers, friendly, and did a great job involving the kids and adults. Even when minor technical difficulties occurred, they responded with grace. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Grace Hula Dance Company was OUTSTANDING! It was our 31st annual family reunion celebration. Everyone was entertained. The interaction with the crowd was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed everything. Grace Hula Dance Company is first class. Highly recommended.

The guests at our party had so much fun at the Luau. Grace Hula Dance had the entire room involved with the show. I loved the interaction between the dancers and guests. The feeback from the guests as they left was great. Everyone had so much fun and loved the show!

My friends and I had a great time with the dancers! Our husbands loved it too and couldn't stop having their pictures made with them! They were very good and had the audience on their feet and participating with fun and humor. My husband was chosen KING KEMO (Jim) at the end of the performance and it was great fun for everyone seeing him attempt to hula dance! Thank you ladies! Oh, and the young lady who twirled with fire - AWESOME! Great job!

We greatly enjoyed the hula dancers and fire performer. The cast did a wonderful job of accomodating to a group of 60 screaming 13 year olds. At first the kids weren't paying attention and were so loud, but the hula host quickly included them in the show and the kids became quick participants! It was great! Booking-easy.Contact prior to my event minimal- vague.Offered no contract.Actual show-great. However, they claimed they lost one of their hula skirts. I paid cash & gave them a $200 tip. Had 2 pay $120 more 2 replace the missing skirt. Did not let me inspect bags they had with them as I suspected scam. I paid them the money, as I didn't want any of my guests 2 feel that they were being accused of stealing. I would use Gigmasters again for the convenience, ease & great selection, however, would not use Grace Hula Dance Co again and hope that no one else gets caught in their devious scheme. One of our dancers lost her new grass-skirt during the show. She left it in the living room where the dancers changed quickly for each dance, and noticed that it was no longer there when she came to get it for audience participatiojn. We looked for it afte the show thinking it got mized up with the grassskirts that were laying on the sofa . The other checked our luggage if we accidentally packed it in their luggage but we could not find it The client helped us looked for it outside and inside the house and generously offered us to pay for it at least twice with her apology. Thus, we humbly accepted her offer since the skirt was new and a custom made skirt. Howe

Very satisfied with everything. Its no nice (and rare now a days) to book something/an event/ or a service and have the team show up on time, be professional, engage with others, and be easy to work with, why is that so rare?? The Moana performer was awesome! She arrived well before the event to set up and she waited patiently for students and families to find a seat just after school dismissal. I got many compliments by parents for hiring a talented performer who engaged well with students. Thank you!

I appreciate the feedback . Is there anyway for us to improve for the rating of 4 for professionalism ? This would help us with our future bookings . Our moana had done hundreds of hula shows and would really appreciate to get her back to a five star on her professionalism .
