She was AMAZING! My 4 year old loved her. And I swear the group of kids are wild and hard to tame but she got there complete attention. She made sure my daughter felt special and that all the kids were included. Everyone had so much fun participating and even just watching.

I hired Dancin’ in the City on behalf of Stepping Stones Museum for Children to perform at the museum’s luau-themed evening family event. The program was engaging, interactive and appropriate for our audience of young children and their caregivers. Additionally, they made a special trip down to our Norwalk, CT location for a pre-event publicity opportunity which included a marketing video that helped promote the luau event and their upcoming performance. Overall, the Dancin’ in the City dancers were easy to work with, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Dancin’ in the City for your event and would bring them back for the museum’s future programmatic needs.

Dancin in the City were really great to work with for our luau themed Father/Daughter dance. They were understanding of our needs and put on a really fabulous show for both the girls and their dads. The girls had so much fun learning a traditional Hawaiian dance. And the dads were a hoot doing their dance. Everyone was amazed at the talent of both the dancers and their demonstration and performance. Thanks you for making our father/daughter luau so memorable - Mahalo!

We had a large crowd of 325+ at this beachfront Luau. As you can imagine, the crowd was scattered all over the place outdoors, and tons of kids were running around. We hired Dancin' in the City for a one-hour performance and boy did they do great! They engaged the crowd immediately - first impressing everyone with their authenitic Hawaiian dancing, then following up with some great, interactive dances for kids (and even adults!). They were beautiful, talented, and a lot of fun!! I hope to have them again next year and highly recommend them for your party.

Dancin' in the City was an awesome addition to our tropical themed community event. The performers were both talented dancers, but it was their constant smiling and personality that won over the crowd.

I hired a belly dancer for my husbands 50th birthday. I was hesitant to do this as the crowd was not only friends, but family too and I wasn't sure what to expect. I wanted it to be fun yet professional. I got just that. Stacy, the dancer for my party was beautiful, young, entertaining, sociable and very professional. I highly recommend Dancin' in the City!

The ladies were lovely and did a wonderful job. Everyone at our party was thrilled with their performance. This was a surprise party for my boyfriend and they added a special song in that they thought would ring true for us. They stayed and had dinner with us and visited with our guests.

Entertainers arrived on time (actually even early)!! They had excellent sound equipment and performed a variety of dances that had our residents totally involved (even ones who often have minimal response to entertainers)dancing in the City had great audience participation and the residents loved the shell instruments. There was even staff involvement and it was a great end to our luau at Ellis Manor where we were "living the Aloha Spirit" for National Nursing Home Week. thanks

These ladies were the life of my Wedding Reception!! They brought the feeling of Hawaii to all of my loved ones that cannot attend my Wedding day in Hawaii!! From the first phone call I received from Kaena to clean up after the show, everything was first rate. The group appeared early for our event and was very accomodating to our every request. They even brought a fantastic singer to entertain between their dance acts! I would recommend Dancin' in the City without hesitation. We had guests from six months to 70 years old and everyone had an enjoyable evening. Thanks for a great job!

Kaena and her group were absolutely wonderful!!! They were very
accommodating...very lovely ladies! Everything went exactly as planned! From the lei greeting as the guests boarded to their actual performance....Beautiful, authentic Hawaiian dresses and costumes.
We got to hand pick the Hawaiian music selections from a list they
provided. From our first contact by phone, I knew I had picked the right group. We exchanged a few emails leading up to the event.
They arrived as scheduled in Burlington the afternoon of the event and were on site exactly at the time planned. Kaena was just a pleasure to work with. Their presence really made the event!

Victoria and the girls were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We had a last minute change in time due to circumstances beyond our control, and that was not a problem. Being a bar on Revere Beach, we are slaves to the weather, and while the day of our Luau was not what you would consider a "good beach day," they brought our party to life.
