I thought they were over all lovely dancers and talented. My only critique is that the music wasn't nearly loud enough for our party. We would definitely hire them again!

We had a wonderful person,Sandy play for us. He was just Wonderful!! Lisa was very nice also. My only complaint is that we had a very hard time trying to pay our bill

They were beautiful dancers and were very nice people. My only concern and it is big is that I paid for an hour shou and they were only there for a half hour- that means maybe 20 min of dancing

To clarify, we delivered a full 30-minute dance showcase as per your request which began at 5:57pm and ended exactly at 6:33pm. Performers were great. But we did have issues with the agency:
1. It wasn't clear until after we'd paid the deposit that photos of the performance/lesson were forbidden. That would have been a deal-breaker had we known.
2. Same with requiring electricity. Fortunately the performers didn't need it.
3. We said that though our daughter was inspired by Moana, we wanted a traditionally dressed dancer. But the agency told the performer to dress like Moana.
All that said, the agency was quick to respond to emails, so that's why I gave them a higher professionalism rating. And the dancer was great. But with the photos issue, we would not hire this agency again.

The performer was given the wrong date by the coordinator at Hula Manu O'o and therefore DID NOT SHOW UP!!!

We regret not hearing of this through the emergency contact phone number which would've alerted us to send a local provider immediately and still perform as contracted. I was disappointed that the on line presentation of the group did not correspond with the performance. The group was respectful, but costume and presentation was less polished and culturally reflective than expected.
The performers were on time and performed a little over the expected time while dealing with technical difficulties on our end affecting their sound system!
The dancer was skilled at connecting with the audience and her performance was beautiful. The performance of the musicians was less consistent or engaging.
Although we were generally satisifed ,due to cost and performance quality , it is unlikely we would employ your services in the future.
