Justin was great! He spent time with us prior to the event and made great recommendations on how we could have it be more successful. He also got to the event early to make sure we had all the pieces lined up and ready! This was our first event for our nonprofit organization and we were very happy with the final result!

Every year we hold an award banquet for our volunteer fire association, Cowlitz County Fire District 1. Due to elements outside my control I was in need of an entertainer with only one month to find one. Justin and his team made sure that my event was going to happen seamlessly. Their communication leading up to the event was outstanding and being the planner that I am, comforting. They heard my requests in what type of entertainment I felt would go over well, had suggestions for event flow, and exceeded my expectations. We hired Larry G Jones with the recommendation from Justin James for our Professional Assistant Day Luncheon. Larry is a real talented entertainer, musical impersonating of performing artists across many generations was fantastic, who kept the audience fully engaged. His use of audience participation was so funny and hilarious. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Justin James to anyone looking for entertainment for any variety of events. I appreciate the help and ease of booking our entertainer. Many folks at our event thought Larry G Jones was by far the best entertainer we have brought to Hermiston.

It started of to be a 90 minute show but he had his daughter playing the eucaleely for twenty minutes. Most people were disappointed with the show. Of the 16 people who participated with him no one was hypnotized during his act. He made some comments regarding the LBGTQ group that wasn't necessary. Granted there were a few distractions in the crowd but with his experience and knowledge he should have been able to over come them and put on a better show than he did for $3,700.00.

The act recommended/hired by us was Cameron South, who came highly recommended by the company. Our event team went to great lengths to ensure that the agreement and rider were fulfilled, even hiring a production company to ensure the required video was top quality. Unfortunately, the performance by Cameron's performance was lackluster, with jokes being negatively directed at people based on their job roles, weight, etc. The performer did not even provide the full performance (45 minutes) that we contracted for. Instead, he did roughly 34 minutes. This concern was brought to Justin James, but he said that he could not do anything but offer 10% off future bookings.

The Cameron South performance which has consistently obtained a 5 star review was 1 hour of walk around magic and a stage performance that was video recorded. There was no request made to hire a camera crew, no negative jokes regarding peoples job roles or weight. We were informed prior to review that the event had timing issues and concern was raised regarding the length of show time. This is common and often a performer will shorten a set to fit a clients needs. Client did ask 70 staff to review and of 7 responses had 2 that disliked Cameron The Client was offered a 10% discount on future bookings of a different artist as a courtesy.

While the talent as a hypnotist is without question. I was disappointed that the "show" consisted of 3 people doing the exact samething over and over - there was no creativity. I also was disappointed in how some audience interaction occurred where people were talking or breaking the rule about filming and Mr James cussed out the audience members. This was a small audience of 45 people and his handling of the situation was not discreet or professional. Lastly while we did provide food & accommodations to Mr James, he did have some "adult beverages" in our bar and never paid for them.

Thank you, Client didn't adhere to contract including providing adequate sound, managing drunken guests loudly interrupting show, posting signs that recording was not allowed & forcing artist to handle issues. After video audit artist did not cuss out any guests during a 2 hr show. Skits were varied & focused on the elderly & extremely inebriated volunteers which limits complex material. Meals & drinks are part of standard contract, a bill was not given nor was the office sent a bill. Client ended night screaming at staff member for 15 min regarding cleaning with artist present. $125 self help program was sent at no charge after client requested assistance.
