CONVERGENCE knows how to play the standards: Bop, Blues, Ballads, Bossa & Swing. An aggregation of well-traveled jazz musicians, we perform well as Trio, Quartet or Quintet. Choose trumpet or tenor sax lead. Or both. Guitarist is excellent. Pianist is exceptional. Both trumpet player and drummer are good vocalists. Check references for WEDDING RECEPTIONS, CORPORATE EVENTS, FUNDRAISERS, CONCERTS, CLUB DATES and WAKES. (We served as house band at Rick's Boatyard, Eddie Merlot's, Sullivan's, Ellington's, Circle City Bar & Grill and other jazz venues.) We know how to "set the tone"--whether it's "front stage" or "behind conversations." CONVERGENCE also works well for SpeakEasy/GreatGatsby events. Book us as Quintet with CLARINET and TRUMPET leads and we'll take you back in time to the Roaring 20s. Great music. Great players. What's more, we're affordable.
