I found Genò on short notice for a wedding in DC. He was extremely professional from the beginning and provided excellent service in addition to being punctual. He was able to come up with a perfect set to set the mood prior to the start of the ceremony his sound truly set the mood! I look forward to other opportunities to work with Genò in the future! I will definitely recommend him for any event!

Being an event planner, I began searching for Mardi Gras entertainment and came across The Bash website. After entering specific information, the first selection for entertainment was Geno Marriott & the Spirit of Jazz. Geno and I spoke with each other by phone, working out the details for my event. Geno was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The band was engaging and the residents watching the concert were engaged, happy and excited to hear the neighborhood names to make the concert personal and close to home. I highly recommend Geno Marriott & the Spirit of Jazz for your future events

Geno was a delight to work with. He was one of the highlights of my husband's 62nd birthday party. He arrived early and stole the show. He also went above and beyond for us. He made announcements on my behalf and even made sure we took photos and documented the evening. The music flowed so well and it was a great variety. Thank you Geno for being a true enhancement to our evening.

I hired Geno for my surprise engagement party last Friday and I cannot say enough good things about this band. From their professionalism, phenomenal demeanor as well as crowd engagement, the only thing I regret from this night is not hiring them to perform for longer. Geno was in constant communication with me prior to this event, from coordinating times to ensuring I had the playlist that I wanted to make sure that my fiance and I had an incredible evening. I would highly recommend enlisting their talents for your next event!

This was the best 50th Birthday party I've ever attended and planned. The band was awesome. Truly professional, timely, accommodating, and the music was GREAT! More than my husband and I expected. I would hire them again and again. Geno, you are a class act and I'm grateful to have met you and your team! Cool, contemporary and collaborative. The crowd was entertained and during this crazy time it was well needed.

I can't say enough good things! Geno and his group were wonderful! He communicated every step of the way, arrived early, setup quickly and played great music and was a delight to work with. We had a band we booked and they cancelled out on us at the last minute... Geno Marriott & The Spirit of Jazz came in to our rescue. They were EXTREMELY professional and even more so Talented. We enjoyed every moment of their performance. They took care of everything and literally left nothing for us to worry ourselves with. We had a Dance Studio overseeing a Swing Dance competition and Geno was very receptive and perceptive to what was needed and required. He even called several times ahead of time and coordinated with the Dance School to make sure our event was smooth and seamless. Definitely a Class Act and i Highly Recommend them. Thank you for your service.

Geno was responsive, entertaining, and prompt. He worked with my family to plan a beautiful birthday surprise for my mother's birthday. She loved it and the family still talks about it today! Geno is incredibly talented and offers something a little different than your standard vocalist. We highly recommend Geno.
