Let me start by saying Geno earned every star. We went to Myrtle Beach to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Geno traveled miles away, was on time, and even arrived early for soundcheck and prep. He engaged the crowd. Everyone was so impressed by him! Throughout the night, everyone was like, where did you find them. But before he started the show, Geno was in constant communication with me, asking about our music preferences. I must admit, I'm a picky one, and he exceeded my expectation. Please hire him for your event; you will not regret it!

Our Chancellor's breakfast was a great event. Geno and the Trio were friendly, timely, and enhanced the experience of our event with great music! I would definitely book them again.

Geno went above and beyond from the very beginning. He communicated with us regularly and frequently, reviewed every detail multiple times, and asked lots of questions to ensure that our expectations were exceeded on our wedding day. Geno and his band mates are extremely talented as well. They provided both live and recorded music for our wedding ceremony and reception and also acted as the emcee for our wedding reception. In summary, we were extremely pleased with the services that we received and we highly recommend Geno Marriott and the Spirit of Jazz.

Absolutely extraordinary, simply amazing! Geno is a true professional; he responds timely, was very flexible with managing the changes we needed, the band were also professional and incredibly talented. They played a variety of music to the enjoyment of a diverse crowd. Our diversity was age: 16-60, gender: male, female, heterosexual, homosexual, black & white; the band had everyone on the floor! 5 stars are not enough to express my satisfaction. ???????????????????? I have already referred them and will be using them again and again. ??????

I found Genò on short notice for a wedding in DC. He was extremely professional from the beginning and provided excellent service in addition to being punctual. He was able to come up with a perfect set to set the mood prior to the start of the ceremony his sound truly set the mood! I look forward to other opportunities to work with Genò in the future! Being an event planner, I began searching for Mardi Gras entertainment and came across The Bash website. After entering specific information, the first selection for entertainment was Geno Marriott & the Spirit of Jazz. Geno and I spoke with each other by phone, working out the details for my event. Geno was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The band was engaging and the residents watching the concert were engaged, happy and excited to hear the neighborhood names to make the concert personal and close to home. Geno was a delight to work with. He was one of the highlights of my husband's 62nd birthday party. He arrived early and stole the show. He also went above and beyond for us. He made announcements on my behalf and even made sure we took photos and documented the evening. The music flowed so well and it was a great variety. I hired Geno for my surprise engagement party last Friday and I cannot say enough good things about this band. From their professionalism, phenomenal demeanor as well as crowd engagement, the only thing I regret from this night is not hiring them to perform for longer. Geno was in constant communication with me prior to this event, from coordinating times to ensuring I had the playlist that I wanted to make sure that my fiance and I had an incredible evening. This was the best 50th Birthday party I've ever attended and planned. The band was awesome. Truly professional, timely, accommodating, and the music was GREAT! More than my husband and I expected. I would hire them again and again. Geno, you are a class act and I'm grateful to have met you and your team! Cool, contemporary and collaborative. The crowd was entertained and during this crazy time it was well needed.
