We booked Rick for our wedding ceremony and he was phenomenal! It was easy to communicate with him from the time we booked all the way up to the ceremony itself. He was very accomodating with both special requests and our timeline for the day. Rick is very talented, professional and made our wedding ceremony absolutely perfect. Rick did a great job at our art opening. He is extremely organized and self sufficient in his set up and tear down, reviewed a song list ahead of time and tailored it to my requests, played beautifully, and made sure his volume was just right so that conversations were still possible anywhere in the room. Rick D. Frank was the perfect musician for our wedding ceremony. He understood the "vibe" we hoped to create as our guests arrived and was willing to work with us to learn a specific song we requested. Rick was very responsive whenever we had a question, he was extremely organized, and always on time. We really appreciated that he worked directly with our ceremony coordinator on logistics as it was one less thing we had to worry about. Most importantly, Rick was kind. It was our sense that he valued the opportunity to be with us on such a special day in our lives. Five starts all the way around!!

Working with Rick was an absolute joy! We worked together to create a collection of songs for him to play while guests waited for our ceremony to begin. These were all chosen from his standard repertoire. He also arranged one new song to be used for our recessional. Rick was kind, courteous and professional. He was at the venue and prepared to play before the wedding party. He made sure to inquire about our dress code well in advance and played an integral part in our ceremony. It would not have been the same without him.

Rick was very professional, very punctual, respectful, and most accommodating. He made sure we were happy with the volume level which was kept at the appropriate level for this event. His selection of music had a great mix keeping both young and old satisfied and many positive comments were passed on to us re: his talents.
I was also impressed with Rick's communication skills. I always knew he had us in mind and was anticipating being at our event which was one less item on that check list that we had to worry about.
