Matt was great! He arrived on time dressed appropriately for the occasion and did an amazing job! His musical choices were just as I requested along with some added selections the crowd loved. Folks would be mingling and suddenly start singing one the songs he was playing. His performance definitely added to the success of our party and I would hire him again.

Matt was the pianist for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on May 14, 2016. He was very professional and was ready to start on time. We asked him to play a combination of genres one of which was "Earned It" by The Weeknd after our "I Do's" and our guests really got a kick out of it. I LOVED Matt and would give him 10 stars if I could.

I almost can't believe how perfect Matt was for our event. I can reccomend him enthusiastically! His talent is undeniable; and beyond that, he is a true professional. He knew exactly how to create the atmosphere we were looking for. At the same time, those who wanted to take time to listen closely to him, enjoyed a rare treat! Our event went long and Matt stepped up and stayed late as well. If you need great music, and a consummate professional entertainer, I would urge to to contact Matt Peterson. With his level of talent, I am certain that he will not be available for long. Instead of playing at events, he will be on tour around the world!

It was an exceptional pleasure working with Matt for our wedding in July 2015. He is a true professional – from his amazing piano expertise to his client service. His versatile song repertoire is remarkable; he was able to play every song that we requested! This range included classical music for the ceremony, jazz and contemporary for the cocktail hour, and “hits” from 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and current pop songs during the dinner hour. He is extremely friendly and very responsive in communications. He was very willing to work in different scenarios (rain back-up plan, etc). I highly recommend Matt and will gladly work with him again in the future.

Excellent training. Truly talented. On time. No drama. Understood the room and the party. Accommodating. If you want a lounge act, don't hire Matt. If you want a classicly trained pro, he's your guy.
