While we appreciate your feedback, this is simply not true. All musicians were on time and setup well before start time as I have documented text and call proof. We were contracted to start at 5:30pm and if we agree to start earlier at the actual event that day when the request is made 15 min before designated start time, we aren't obligated to do so, but would be doing so as an extra accommodation, a favor. And the trio started 5 min early at 5:25pm which I have documented in text and witness proof. You said “they reassured me for about 30 minutes” which means that the group was all there and setup at least 30 minutes before start time as I just stated and you backed up. That part about refusing to start early is simply not true. The band started early. We went above and beyond and the guests were having a great time and we received many compliments. Bckgrd music during break was never worked out ahead of time. I even spoke to you about this at the event. Some clients like a break.Review by Dan K.

Contracted start time was 7:30pm. Band members were not late. We were over 3 hours early to accommodate the client request to arrive around 4pm to be set up/ready by 5pm. The band was set up at 4:45pm that I have documented in texts/timestamps. I explained from the start of booking we include 1 hour prior to performance start time w/ our fee for load-in/setup, and went above and beyond to agree to include 3.5 hrs for no extra fee. USPS lost the check, not the fault of the band. The communication from the beginning was timely and professional replying to every text/call/email the same day, ironing out all the details well in advance, also documented w/ timestamps. The event got rained out. It was moved indoors. Client was not happy, kept insisting on phone calls w/ unrealistic not agreed to expectations last minute - ie. arriving earlier than 4pm to be setup w/out allowing any time for load-in etc. We also accommodated every single song request on a big list of specific song requests.Review by John P.
