La Vie En Rose exceeded our expectations. I had reviewed several bands for our annual fundraiser, and I was able to convince a committee of over 12 people that La Vie En Rose was the band for our Speakeasy 1920's themed fundraiser. Prior to our event, Violette, the band leader communicated well with me and even made phone calls. I had never worked with them before and I was so impressed with their professionalism and how true to form their videos were. We had 5 pieces of the band and they looked the part, sounded even better and were the "wow factor" we needed. As an event planner of over 10years in the industry, I would highly reccomend them.

Violette and La Vie En Rose were tremendous - providing piano music during cocktails, a jazz trio during dinner, and a full vocal/band for dancing the rest of the evening. Everything about them was top-notch and elegant, and our guests really enjoyed the music. Violet was always both professional and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. She easily learned a special request for our first dance. We couldn't be happier with La Vie En Rose!

We booked La Vie En Rose for our wedding in New York. It was a perfect fit for with our vintage, 1920s theme and venue. Violette took the time to have numerous calls with me to go over every detail. Needless to say, everything was perfect the day of the wedding. I could not have been happier with the band and their talent. People loved the band, they had our guests dancing all night!
Thank you again for making our dream a reality. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Violette has a stunning and elegant voice. She was very responsive to my emails and special requests, from learning a new song to our first dance to playing all of our requests. She and the band did a fantastic job and made our wedding atmosphere so elegant and special.

LVER is the number one thing that everyone has been buzzing about talking about our event! Everyone was just shocked at what a great performance LVER put on, and how different they were than the typical wedding mix DJ. And despite a brunch affair with a rather rigid timeline, they got people up and dancing throughout!
Stunning mix of French classics, swing-y Jazz favorites, and some pop mixed in. Perfect for our audience that split half anglophone and half francophone.
Violette is charming, accommodating, and immensely talented. A pleasure to work with!

La Vie En Rose played for our conference farewell dinner, and the attendees loved it. Several people asked who they were and where we got them. Their music made the perfect relaxing atmosphere and added to the elegance of the venue. Violette has wonderful vocal talent and paired with the band, the sound was beautiful. They were also very kind to lend us a microphone when we realized there was a mix up with our a/v staff. We had a fantastic experience and would love to have them back sometime.

Violette & La Vie En Rose were amazing to work with. From planning the event to the day of it was so smooth.
Obviously, Violette has this silky smooth amazing voice..but she's also so responsive and happy to help in any way. They learned new songs for our ceremony at a great value and made the vibe of my wedding so amazing. They provided extra speakers, microphones, etc...everything we needed to make our wedding extraordinary.

We booked this group for a private club function. They were outstanding. The musicians were excellent and the singer, Cara, was just wonderful. She had a beautiful voice, sang with feeling and charisma. Her song selection of combining French and English tunes was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the show so much. Needless to say, I highly recommend la Vie en Rose for any musical event.

We hired La Vie En Rose to perform at a university dinner themed after Paris, France. Violette projects respect for her formal training while charming with her lovely vocal tone in singing everything from French mid-century 20th century classics to jazz-rooted crowd pleasing tunes. Her accompanying musicians worked well together. One can tell when performers are "going through the motions". The performers that comprise La Vie En Rose go far beyond doing so. They enjoy playing together and it shows. I am sure La Vie En Rose is able to create a wonderful sonic aura for any occasion. Every member of the group is professional, multi-talented and caring. Very pleased!
