Steve Diggs is an amazing communicator. When we began to evaluate options for our company meeting; Steve was an easy decision! His content was on target, his presentation was well prepared and his personality was contagious. Despite our own internal technological glitches that we had with our meeting space; Steve responded with grace and professionalism. Our attendees were challenged, provoked and encouraged by Steve's presentation. We could not have had a bigger 'win' for a speaker. Thanks Steve!

Steve is a very talent and motivational speaker. What adds to his abilities is that he has lived and experience presentations which it comes from the heart. This is the difference between wisdom and book studies. I am also impressed with his ability to respond to questions without being confrontational. I hope Steve continues to keep up the good work to help others.

I have heard Steve present on numerous occasions. He has always been professional, in-tune with his audience and overall, a high-class presenter. He makes a genuine effort to engage participants and promotes an active-learning experience. Steve is thoughtful and his words are always applicable. He meets his audience where they are and holds attention while teaching and encouraging audience members to get outside of their comfort zone. Though he is wonderful at seeing the big picture of his audience he is also conscious about getting to know the individuals he is speaking to. This is just one example of how Steve goes above and beyond!

Steve Diggs was inspirational!...He brought several thought provoking concepts for us to incorporate into our lives as we embrace The Growth Factor. We had Steve present at our annual management retreat for two days. He was super high energy and really helped us re-energize our team. His materials and presentations were exactly what we needed to help us work through our issues and get us "un-stuck". Steve helped us prepare for his presentation and spent quite a bit of time with us ahead of the presentation to really tailor it to our needs. I would highly recommend him!

Steve's presentation was truly awesome. We have had presidents, senators, congressmen, governors, comedians and a myriad others speak at our dinners over the last 20 year, but we received more positive comments about Steve's speech than anyone else,'s Steve was tremendously helpful to us as we prepared the program for the evening. He was beautifully prepared, making his presentation fit perfectly with our goal for the entire event. In a word he was the "best." We will certainly want him to do it again.

Absolutely loved Steve, and his presentations. Such a great guy with some amazing content, and a remarkable skill with connecting with each and every one of his audience members. I really really enjoyed my time getting to listen to him speak, and he provided some great tools that I am using and I have already noticed a significant improvement in quite a few aspects. I could not be happier with my experience with Steve Diggs. I’ve seen a lot of people over the years including Tony Robbins, Zig Ziegler, etc. What I like most about Steve was his every day practical things that we could implement immediately and make an impact. He’s fun and entertaining as well. If I could give him more stars I would.

Steve Diggs Leadership Seminar was the best six hours we have spent in a long time. We were encouraged, challenged and educated. Steve has made the learning environment fun and informative and our time with him seemed to fly by. We were a large group ages 20 to 75 and Steve was able to connect on a personal level with every age group. He encouraged us in the responsibilities that had been entrusted to us. We were challenged to set our honest written goals and be more effective and better managers of our time. Steve also educated us in ways to connect and reach others in the most positive way.
