Very disappointed Musicians that showed up were not what ww hired and was advertised. We were not notified of change and were awfully surprised when music began. Would bot recommend

It would have been nice if you also mentioned that we had just been involved in a major injury accident and for that reason I asked for help rather than cancelling on you at the last minute. I booked this band to play for my mother’s 70th birthday. This was a very special day, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 renal cancer in Oct. 2023. The band never arrived. I called, texted left messages and no reply. Manuel finally called after I sent an email. He said he was out of town and I booked through Mario. Mario never answered and Manuel didn’t care. To do this knowing my mom is sick is disgusting! Don’t book with them! Horrible all around. Waiting for my $ back. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I give a 0 if I could.

Unfortunately they did not play, however, since contract was for 330pm I called him back at 3pm and said since contract stated 330pm he might as well call his guys and honor the contract! But was told he sent his guys to redwood city, however I did call him at 3pm play our venue, and was told I should have told him when he was at my house at 230pm and said i thought 5pm Mayb he can come back and he said maybe, like I said I called him at 3pm to take the time slot that was on contract but was told to late however it wasn't 330pm yet so in hindsight I believe our deposit should be returned due to not honoring the contract! Trio Sol De Mexico was amazing and just what we needed to make my grandpa's 80th birthday perfect. They played requested songs and well as classic favorites. They accommodated the small space and we're not too loud or too quiet. They made the atmosphere exactly as we pictured! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Trio Sol de Mexico were able to provide videos of past events, which helped in the process of selecting the band. At some point, after paying the deposit, I reached out with a follow up message via The Bash but I did not hear back from the band. I ended up following up with a phone to call to Mr. Hernández who was able to confirm the details. They arrived on time and called me just before the start time to let me know they had arrived. I was hoping they would have worn the attire I had indicated on my message but the mariachi suits were still nice. Overall good experience. Thank you for making this event a success!
