we had Tammy face paint and do balloon art for our 2 year old birthday party. She was fantastic! Kids had a blast, she was able to face paint all of their special requests and interacted great with kids of all ages. I would highly recommend this company.

He arrived early, was very polite and professional. He entertained for three hours straight with no break doing slight of hand street type simple magic as he spoke and engaged the kids. He made people laugh and kept them all interested and entertained. He is a very seasoned entertainer and probably worth more than what I was able to afford. I would definitely hire him again.

Our experience with Nicki, whom works for Bill Packard as a skilled balloon artist and face painter, was absolutely wonderful! She is so very talented! We were all wowed by the kids' face paint. Nicki was very professional, terrific with the kids and their face paint was the best I've seen! It has been a pleasure to spread the word and share with my neighbors and friends about Nicki and other services provided by Bill Packard. The performers arrived at our event early. They asked me for any specific needs that I may have or anything particular that I wanted. They asked me how I wanted them to work the ballroom. They also asked if I had any students with special needs. They were very professional. The staff & students were very impressed & very entertained! They did a fabulous job.

Nikki was amazing!! I knew she was good, but didn't know really until I saw the beautiful face painting! She even made a beautiful balloon hat for our daughter that was a total surprise. It made our daughter feel very special for her big day! Thank you Nikki!! And everyone at the party asked where we found her! We will be using them again for sure!

Bill and Tammy did great job with our company we had Halloween Lunch and Bill was walking around making strolling magic and Tammy made face painting for everybody it was fun for all!

Balloon Twister, Face Painter and Stilt Walker were just over the top great. Was very disappointed with the clown. He didn't look like a clown at all and all he did was spin a frisbee. Overall very pleased. Michele

Bill was wonderful he was entertaining for the adults as well as the kids . The kids had their mouths open in amazment throughout most of the show. If their mouths were not open they were smiling and laughing. The magic show was so worth the money but when he statred making balloon sculptues we were all amazed he is a wiz at it. As you can see we would definitly recommed him to all our freinds and family. All in all he was better than we expected!

Tammy was exceptionally talented. She had all of the children at my daughter's birthday party fascinated and involved. Everything they asked her to create out of balloons seemed virtually impossible but she pulled it off. She did not disappoint in no way at all. All the children that left the party said that it was truly the best party they have ever attended. She was definitely worth the price. I would refer her to any and every one that I know who is having a party and searching for entertainment.
