Steven arrived at the time he was supposed to start (4:00pm) so once he unloaded his things he got a later start than discussed. We booked 2 hours which was to include: walk-around magic for an hour, a half hour show, and finish with balloon animals. He entertained the younger group in our party for a long time, which was great, but he did not, in my opinion, walk around enough or budget his time appropriately and at ten minutes to six he made me aware he had no time left to do a magic show. He finished with a few balloon animals and was done. My guests that did see his magic thought he was good, but I never got an opportunity to see any of it.

Extremely disappointed. Really bad service and the girl had no initiative or even interest on the kids.

Hi Lorena I'm super disappointed to get this review but I think there might have been a miss expectation. You hired us to do a our 30 min costume character appearance which is "when our characters come in for a visit and pose for pictures, give high fives, help lead happy birthday and cake cutting." This program does not include a formal show, music, singing or games which is why we offer it at a much lower rate. The girl we sent you is a singer and dancer but that's not what she was booked for. I was also told our staff ended up staying an extra 30 min to make sure everyone got enough time to take pictures. Please give me a call so we can talk more about this.

The artist never showed up ....I'm not paying anything nonrefundable or not.

Hi Kia! I am very sorry this happened to you but I believe you might have the wrong company. This review is the first communication we ever had with you. I checked all of our records and we never spoke on the phone, via email or even on Gigmasters. I would have loved to have done your event but since this was never booked with us we didn't have the address for your event location. When you sign up with online directory sites like Gigmasters you get a lot of different companies contracting you and it came be overwhelming. Some of our names sound similar and it can get confusing. Once again I am really sorry this happened to you. Steve

My daughter is obsessed with Spider-Man so we threw her a Spider-Man themed birthday party. The day of the event I got an email roughly 20 minutes before the party informing me that the individual was having car trouble and would be late. Finally, 2 hours after the party began a young man shows up with an ironman costume. My house was drowning in Spider-Man decorations and they sent Ironman. I also asked for a face painter, expecting a second person to do this. Nope, the young man just used stencils to spray tattoos on the kids. He also did balloon animals - most of which unraveled quickly. He never dressed up and left the birthday girl incredibly disointed.

I am so sorry about this! This was a freak situation. Our main guy was on your event but at 10:45 that morning he ran into car trouble. He had reached out for help and they told him it would be an hour. He was scheduled to start at 1pm so I reached out to you to tell you he might run a bit late. At 11:30 I was updated that things were delayed. At that time I had another staff go to start your event. The Spiderman costume was with the first staff so I sent 2 costumes with the second staff and told him to do both. This was a freak situation that is why we didn't charge you, we gave you extra time, extra services and we offered to bring spiderman back again for free.
