Mr. Murphy is very professional. On time with the set schedule of performance and very nice to the kids. Everyone enjoyed his magic show and my daughter who's the birthday celebrant said she likes the bunny and that she would like again to have the magician come back on her next birthday. Mr. Murphy was very professional, came right on time. Performance was good, included variety of magic tricks and for the closing of the show, he pulled out a live rabbit which was the biggest surprise; kids had lots of fun as well as adults. Thank you :)

I am not sure why this client gave me a couple of medium ratings. I performed my show which other clients have found to be outstanding. Prior to leaving, I asked the client what she liked most about my performance. She exuberantly replied, "everything!"

I do not understand why this client gave me a low rating for handling special requests for her event and also for recommending me to her friends. I generously contracted the booking for her with a discounted price, adapted to the crowded environment with a magic performance which other clients have raved about, presented her son with a bonus Personalized Magic Set for no additional charge, and gave many business cards out to the adults who asked for them after the show.

The client was waiting for me outside her home and expressed her discontent with the performer who she had booked prior to me in that he was 1/2 hour late for her performance. Hence the abbreviated following: Dear Muriel, I feel like I am a victim of circumstance due the tardiness of the 1st entertainer. However throughout the course of my show your sons, as well as the other children present, showed signs of amazement and laughter while watching me perform and seemed to thoroughly entertained. Terry maintained excellent communication via email and phone throughout the event planning process. He was prompt and well-prepared on the day of the event. We also felt he was affordable compared to other quotes we received. Although most of our students enjoyed the show, we felt it was geared to a smaller audience and to a birthday party setting rather than a whole school assembly. Some of the tricks were difficult to see from farther away and because our students were seated in bleachers, those at the top could see how some of the tricks were performed.

I thought the magic was very "cheesy" for lack of a better word and the show lacked any kind of real magic at all. Terry gave a great effort but his show is definitely outdated and he needs a lot of new material without trying to be educational. Kids were asked how to take care of their eyes and to pronounce the word optometrist and didnt really think this was appropriate for the kids with glasses. Very disappointed.

Dear Tammy, I thought that I was well above average on each of the points that Gig Masters asked. I was in constant contact with you prior to my performance, arrived on time, thought that I thoroughly entertained all of the children with my show and balloon sculpturing and even gave your son a Personalized Birthday Present/Magic Set @ no additional charge.
