These guys are a rip off!!!! DO NOT BOOK! Juan and his group Los Plateados did not come out to my booked event eventhough we were in communication. Juan sent another group to my event, who were not associated with Los Plateados. I had no other choice but to continue with the mariachi that did show up, otherwise I wouldn't have anyone playing at my event. My event was a Celebration of Life for my Uncle who passed and they lacked the respect by sending another unassociated group, who was unprofessional, demanded drinks, were unorganized, sloppily dressed, they had no uniformity and they sang and sounded horrible. Juan is a rip off!!!! If I could give zeros stars!!!!

We had a great experience for my Dad's 70th. Group was professional and accommodating. Despite challenges with rain, played inside, sounded great and took several requests. Can't wait to do it again.

Mariachi Los Plateados were very professional. They were on time, dressed to the nines and played a wide variety of songs. They even obliged some of our guests to sing along. They were a wonderful enhancement to our socially-distanced, drive thru party. Thank you.

Even in the middle of a pandemic they came through! It was the perfect way to celebrate my 90-year-old mother’s birthday. They kept a physical distance, but their sweet serenade wrapped around her. From the edge of her driveway, they filled the neighborhood with music. Everyone came out to listen, enjoy and honor my mom. It was a safe and memorable event. Thank you!

Mariachi Los Plateados did a wonderful job for my mom's birthday! They arrived minutes early and ready to go. Very accommodating and talented. My parents requested some old songs that not all mariachis know, and they knew every single one. First time hiring them and glad we found them! They have a great repertoire of music! They were also fun and lively. We had fun! We were very happy with them and look forward to hiring them in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you for making it special for my mom!

From first contact with this group everything was professional. We emailed a few times to clarify venue, songs requested etc. They arrived on time, played and sang beautifully. They performed several numbers just for my parents, which they enjoyed and then moved around the room and shared their talents. They even had a special number for the younger family members. Overall, my siblings and I were very pleased and would highly recommend Los Plateados.

Mariachi Los Plateados really made the reception! Our guests were having such a great time they took requests for even the oldest songs. My 6 yr old granddaughter who dances Folklorico walked up to band while they were playing and started dancing and one of the players started dancing with her it was so cute!! And so unplanned,I would definitely book them again they played beautifully and were fun and professional!

Los Plateados Mariachi played at my father in laws 70th surprise birthday party. He was so surprised and absolutely loved the band. All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance as well. I would recommend this band to friends and family and will definitely consider them for future parties. Great music. Great musicians. Thank you!

We loved the Mariachi! They were very professional and accommodated all our request. Even the last minute ones that we had they never said no. Their lead singer is amazing and during mass they knew exactly what to do. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you so much for being part of our special day!

Like many, I was excited to see the great reviews. Juan was great from the beginning. He reached out to my inquiry right away, and truthfully, their prices were the most reasonable.I booked him for the wedding in November (6 months before). At the time of booking I chose 630 PM for the start time, but in our texts I made it clear I was between 5:30 to 6 as the start time. Here was my issue. In Feb I told him it would most likely be 5:30 and in April I confirmed. It was then that he confirmed he had another event from 4-6 & he booked me at 630. I was upset that he never reached out to me. It all worked out in the end but make sure you set a time.
