I booked Mariachi Monumental last minute for my "Plan B" wedding ceremony on 7/10 in MI. Mr. Ozuna was quick to respond to my request and offered a quote the same day. He was very professional and responded to all of my questions/requests. My husband and I were completely impressed with their professionalism, flexibility and performance! Showed up over 45 minutes late for my cocktail hour and did not perform. Overly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of the band leader and his lack of communication during this process. I tried getting in touch with him numerous times and never received any call back. Day of my wedding I received a call from another band member to advise that they had over booked and had overlap for 2 events. I will never use gig masters again and expect a refund of my booking fee.
