Aurelio Reyes and Sally are true professionals! They followed up with me on any special requests, the songs we wanted them to perform and even brought an extra guitar so my daughter could play with them. They were so accommodating and took the time to ensure they made our event memorable and special. I highly recommend booking them for any event. Thank you for making my mom’s funeral reception a joyous occasion. It’s exactly how my mom would have wanted it.

They made sure to keep in touch and communication was excellent. The trio showed up early, yet waited for when we were able to begin their performance. The event was a large birthday party for my Dad who was turning 80 years old. Their entry was perfect and everyone got emotional and my father was truly blessed. They know all the songs we requested, mingled with the audience and even made us laugh a few times. I will be keeping their contact information handy and plan to use them again in the future.

They did not show up to my daughters wedding vow ceremony AT ALL. They were supposed to arrive at 5pm. that is when they called to say they were gone o be late. 1/2 an hour later they called again and said their GPS was not working. Then they said they could not come. Then they said they could come at 9pm which was one hour after event ended. They left me hight and dry and ruined the day. I could have had another group there but because I counted on this group to show up I had no backup. They were very unprofessional and had a lot of excuses. They should have planned for traffic like every professional. It was a terrible experience and very stressful.

My family and I enjoyed their performance. It was a last minute celebration and they reached out right away. They kept in contact letting me know what time they would be arriving. I recently hired this Mariachi band for an event, and they were outstanding. Their punctuality and professionalism were commendable, and their music was simply fantastic. They had the audience enthralled throughout the performance, engaging everyone with their lively tunes and encouraging participation.
