First of all, based on Gig Master's recommendation, hired Martin almost a year ago. We had to keep changing the plans because we didn't know if we were going to have an evening or a daytime party. Martin could not have been easier to work with, or to be flexible. He was a prince. When the group arrived yesterday, they were "spit polished" shining, smiling and ready to go to work to make 100 people happy celebrating newlyweds at a brunch. We had a brunch planned, but Mariachi Los Martinillos made it a party - and everyone said, "They made the party." A delight to work with. A joy to listen to. Thank you. Lesley Boyer

We were really happy with their performance. They were easy to work with, showed up on time and were very professional. They knew every song we asked for and they played really good. We would hired them again for another event.

I would definitely hire this group again. They were professional, kept in touch with me right up until the event. They arrived on time, allowed my husband and guests to sing with them and were very entertaining. In addition, they were immaculately dressed in their Mariachi attire and friendly. They will be at my next function!

I'm all about customer satisfaction and i didn't get the service I deserved. To start they ended up showing up 30-45 min late. Start time was set for 5pm and due to traffic they got there late...they were nice enough to contact me to inform me, but I didn't appreciate them rushing in and literally start playing. No introduction nothing! They didn't even wait for me when they started playing..and I was the birthday girl. Probably the biggest issue I had was that their faces looked as if they were being inconvenienced, forced to play. No smiles at all! We are paying customers and I'm sorry but if you have to force a smile on your face then that's what you have to do.

Was dissapointed with the mariachis that showed up, they were not the ones advertised in the videos. Got many complaints from friends and relatives that the singer (an elderly man) could bearly be heard and that the singers kept messing up different songs. I felt cheated and my special day would have been perfect if I would have hired a different group. I felt embarrased because I thought I was getting really good mariachis. If possible I would like a refund but that's wishful thinking. The singers were very nice and respectful though and I liked how they went around getting request from the audience but that is all. Will not hire again, sorry.

We needed the party to start at 4:30 then they changed it to 4pm. I felt I was cheated 30 minutes.... I would not recommend them..

Sorry you were not satisfied with our performance, but we did everything you asked us to, i.e.: surprising your husband and we arrived on time, (15 minutes before even). The hour we had, was agreed upon and approved by you beforehand. Had you not agreed upon our arrival time, you should have not hired us. Besides, the venue you had was about an hour travel time and at the end of our performance, you did not want to pay us the amount we had agreed. I hope you take into consideration the fact that it was a weekend where a lot of mariachis were booked for and we went out of our way to go all the way to Nuevo. Again sorry for not meeting your expectations.

Extremely professional. Interacted with my guest and made it feel special for the guest of honor, it was my dad 70th birthday. I asked it to be a surprise and for the momment they arrived they did an amazing job!

Mariachi Los Martinillos was Excellent! They showed up on time to my event, There voices were Beautiful, along with each of their characters. They were very nicely dressed in Mariachi gear with Instruments on hand, looking very Professional. My guest was pleased, asking me for their phone number for future events. We offered them food & drinks after there performance, but, they Only grabbled a water to go. They're also Bilingual. Thank you for an awesome performance, Professionalism & the great price you charged. I added a little tip as a Thank you.

Martinillos were the life of the party! We only hired them for 2 hours, during the dinner portion of our event, and people were dancing and singing....wish we hited them for a longer period! Martin and his group were professional, courteous, and flexible to work with. We enjoyed them so much, we hired them again for Cinco de Mayo! I think we've found our go-to Mariachi. Thanks Martin!

Los Martinillos were excellent!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. The music they provided was beautiful and we love Mariachis. My party was a Mexican Theme so they added to a wonderful colorful party full of culture. I will definitely use them again.

One word : AMAZING! They were on time and even though the bride and the groom weren't there on time they played a some songs for us while we waited. They went around each table and asked our guests for their favorites. I loved their performance and they're attitude. Pleasure doing business with them and will definitely recommend them to anyone.
