Mr. Make it GREAT is 100% pure motivation and inspiration leading to life transformation!!! He inspired, enlightened & educated our students. It isn't t easy to captivate the attention of teenagers, but Mr. Make it GREAT did! He shared heart-warming personal experiences, tied to practical real-life situations, that challenged & motivated our students to aspire to be greater in their pursuit of personal and professional development and success. I highly recommend Mr. Make it Great to any organization, group or individual who wants to be better in life. I can not sing Mr. Make it Great's praises loudly enough. Mr. Make it GREAT truly lives up to his name!!!

Mr. Make it GREAT presented to about 120 of my staff at an all staff meeting and every one of them thoroughly and completely enjoyed the program and were engaged. Many commented that they found his material useful both for in the workplace as well as at home/ in personal life. Each of my staff though he was hilarious and even after a large holiday lunch just prior to the meeting- no one feel asleep and no one complained! He did a fabulous job - especially incorporating our mission and vision into his discussion.

Cedric's delivery is heartfelt and personal creating a unique bond with his audience. Cedric was very easy to work with and accommodating. We had a short amount of time for the keynote in our program but he made it work and brought in the energy needed to start the day. It was an outdoor venue which was a challenge but Cedric started with getting the audience up and energized. That energy was felt the entire time. Would love to have him back for a full keynote next time! Great message to our teachers.

Mr. Make It Great was one of the main reasons our event was so successful. From the time we contacted him to the time he completed our event he was engaged and upbeat. He personalized a presentation for our staff of 1200+ over 4 sessions and never missed a beat. He took time out personally to meet with me and my other event coordinators prior to the event and worked with us at every crossroad we came to. We handed him an idea and he ran with it. We have had several staff thank us for having a different kind of speaker this year. They left motivated and ready to reclaim their passion for their job and recognition for their accomplishments and accountability!

As the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup”? In order for us to take care others we have to take care ourselves first. Cedric was able to fill our cups with his wisdom and knowledge about Leadership and Motivation. We were glued from our sits listening and learning. His style of delivery is entertaining, his great recipe to keep us all engaged: dancing, singing, movie clips, it was like a roller coaster ride. Cedric said, we didn’t choose our cards but we still have to learn how to play it. It’s like life, we don’t choose but we find a way to stand strong and live through it. I met Cedric several months ago. I interviewed him for our conference and I knew at "hello" we were going to hire him. Cedric was our opening keynote speaker for our conference of mostly women, over 1000 women attended the event. Cedric helped our conference a great deal, he was instrumental in social media blitzes that we did, and our radio interviews. I knew he was going to be great for our conference. During his opening he had our attendees up, out of their seats, laughing and taking lots of notes. He is not only a joy to be around he is a true professional! You would be lucky to have him at your conference or event!

Cedric was our morning speaker for our high school girls event and he knocked it out of the park! He kicked off our day with high energy, intriguing stories, visual tools, and advice they'll never forget. I watched our junior and senior girls writing down notes furiously as well as our volunteers! He met all of us where we're at and kept us laughing during his entire talk. Easy to work with, responsive & well-prepared. Appreciate that he reached out to a few attendees in advance to learn about our company and sales team. Attendees included our nationwide Sales team, Senior Management team and Sales Support group. Some feedback from attendees included great energy, funny, entertaining, engaging, relevant, and motivational! I was very pleased with the interest he took in learning about our attendees prior to the event, by consulting with our staff, researching our org and even taking a tour of our facility. This allowed him to tailor his presentation to our specific population. He was very engaging with the audience. He had great use of props, and positive affirmations. I would have liked to provide these in writing to the attendees. With so much info being provided, printed material would ensure everyone retained the great messages being delivered. The main comment I want to make about Cedric is that he was so accommodating and professional. Our event was only 10 days away when we decided we wanted to have an outside speaker come in.
