We had the pleasure of hosting Cedric, aka MrMakeItGreat, virtually on June 29, 2025, during our Bi-Annual Travel Incentive Trip in Morocco. Though we couldn’t fly him in, Cedric brought incredible energy through the screen.
We were initially concerned about virtual engagement, but he kept us fully locked in for 90 minutes with nonstop insights, memorable quotes, fresh perspectives, and plenty of fun.
I can’t recommend him enough. If you're planning a company event, don’t miss the chance to work with Cedric. It was an outstanding experience, and we’re already looking forward to the next time.

As the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup”? In order for us to take care others we have to take care ourselves first. Cedric was able to fill our cups with his wisdom and knowledge about Leadership and Motivation. We were glued from our sits listening and learning. His style of delivery is entertaining, his great recipe to keep us all engaged: dancing, singing, movie clips, it was like a roller coaster ride. Cedric said, we didn’t choose our cards but we still have to learn how to play it. It’s like life, we don’t choose but we find a way to stand strong and live through it. From my initial contact with Cedric to my handshake of appreciation at the end of his performance, he was professional, courteous, enthusiastic, fun, prompt and easy to work with. He tailored his motivational performance to our organization's mission and connected well with all our attendees. He was engaging and left everyone with new ways to go about or work and daily lives. Everyone enjoyed Cedric and left the gathering with a positive outlook and lifted spirits. I highly recommend Cedric Craford as a motivational speaker for any organization's special events.

Mr. Make It Great is a dynamic and inspirational person who engages the audience from the beginning and keeps the tempo up throughout his presentation. Cedric's delivery is heartfelt and personal creating a unique bond with his audience. Mr. Make it GREAT presented to about 120 of my staff at an all staff meeting and every one of them thoroughly and completely enjoyed the program and were engaged. Many commented that they found his material useful both for in the workplace as well as at home/ in personal life. Each of my staff though he was hilarious and even after a large holiday lunch just prior to the meeting- no one feel asleep and no one complained! He did a fabulous job - especially incorporating our mission and vision into his discussion.

Cedric was very easy to work with and accommodating. We had a short amount of time for the keynote in our program but he made it work and brought in the energy needed to start the day. It was an outdoor venue which was a challenge but Cedric started with getting the audience up and energized. That energy was felt the entire time. Would love to have him back for a full keynote next time! Great message to our teachers.

Mr. Make it GREAT was an outstanding speaker and a wonderful addition to our opening event. He made a real connection with our staff and his customer service training really resonated with them. He was very accommodating after having to reschedule due to a covid surge last year. He was on time and communicated appropriately during the planning phase. The main comment I want to make about Cedric is that he was so accommodating and professional. Our event was only 10 days away when we decided we wanted to have an outside speaker come in. I search through my professional contacts and everyone I touched recommended him. We went with Cedric based on the first phone call. He met all our needs and was a ROCKSTAR at the event. He spoke on leadership and mentorship and motivated the whole team.

Cedric is a true professional who listens to your needs and then delivers!! He's energetic, he's a blast to work with.
