Redmond was incredible! Extremely professional to work with before the presentation, and very dynamic and engaging during. And funny! My event was corporate for an audience of ~50. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to be motivated.
Now he teaches employees how to reach their full potential using Redmond's own three step process. Redmond inspires the audience by telling his own personal story of military service and overcoming injury.
When you are injured and lying in a hospital bed, you face a choice: feel sorry for yourself and drink the pain away, try to get back to the person you used to be, or open your eyes and finally live life. Become better than you ever were. That's what Redmond chose. He chose Happiness. Success is not one great jump- it is the result of millions of positive decisions. Decisions that will only happen when you become truly happy.
Redmond was a Navy corpsman, combat medic, serving with the Marines. He deployed to Afghanistan as a combat replacement for 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, where he stepped on an improvised explosive device and lost his left leg. "I was fortunate to get back on my feet and compete in the Warrior Games only seven months later, bringing home five medals". -Redmond Ramos
