We were lucky to get Red last minute for our All Hands. He came in with very little time to prep and really delivered for our Construction Teams. Red's message of choosing to look at tough times as an opportunities really resonated with us. It's ok to fail and STILL be happy, be positive about even getting the opportunity to have a failure. We were really proud to have Red present to our employees, we all came away motivated at the spirit of living by Red's three rules: Create Laughter, Find the Opportunity in every Obstacle, and Don't be Afraid to Fail.

Redmond Ramos was the perfect fit for our high school graduation commencement ceremony. His speech was uplifting, inspiring, and realistic. His message to students and our community was simple enough to be understood by everyone and offered depth to any listener who was able to fully process the entirety of his wisdom. While graduates walked on the stage, many of them stopped to thank him for his service, his speech, and his time. To top it all off, it rained just as he started his speech, which I thought would create a gap in his message, but I watched as students and staff sat motionless in rain ponchos listening to him. It was a true moment of bliss. Thank you!

Redmond was the highlight of our conference. He delivered an inspirational message that resonated with the audience, and included humor as well. He is an amazing and powerful speaker, and he really connected with our attendees. He was also gracious enough to stay after his presentation to speak individually with the many conference attendees who wanted to ask him questions, share their story, or thank him. Redmond left a positive impact on everyone in the room who heard his story. I couldn't speak more highly of Redmond, and would recommend him to everyone!

Red was the MC for our 9/11 Heroes Run race that supports the Travis Manion Foundation. Prior to the race, Red was proactive and responsive to ensure a full understanding of the script and timeline. As an MC, Red drew the crowd’s attention with his stage presence. He is confident, poised, and energetic. He tells a meaningful story and adds humor to keep the crowd engaged. Our timeline changed just minutes before opening ceremonies began and Red was flexible and helpful in ensuring the day ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host for our 5K race and we would recommend Red to anyone looking for a powerful, respectful, and passionate motivational speaker.

Redmond was the perfect addition to our carefully planned event. His ability to capture an audience is a talent we greatly appreciated amongst the chaos of our busy 5K national event series. You would have thought Redmond had been speaking to audiences all his life if you saw him for the first time at our race.
