From Carol Tatum: It should be explained that the bride changed her ceremony time from 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (5:30 p.m. was written on the contract) but did not inform me of the time change. This is the only time in 14 years this unfortunate miscommunication has occurred. I would like to thank Stephanie for her kind rating of 4.5 stars for my talent.Review by Emily G.

:
It is difficult to play for a client whose planner is not a professional. This wedding was one of the most difficult I've played for in the last 20 years. Even the venue employess were frustrated. I was asked to move and DID move harp locations THREE times (a first for me), which entails moving an amplifer, table, harp, chair, stand, cords, etc. (not easy). I was expected to play outside even though the weather was on the verge of raining/sprinkling, which damages my harp. I also learned a song for the bride at no charge, which takes HOURS of additional time, as a courtesy to the bride to make her happy. Extremely stressful, unorganized and easy to blame me.Review by Christin H.
