We hired Solid Sunds Entertainment to DJ our company Christmas party. They were professional and had a large selection of top 40's and latin music that we requested prior to the party. We've hire them to DJ our party again this year. Great working with them.

Jose was awesome! He took the time to set up meetings with me prior to the date of my event, to go over music, double check that my slide show worked on his computer. He even let us use his projector. The music selection was great. He got the vibe of the party down perfectly. He was on time, well dress, and a great MC to the party. I would definately hire him again and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks a lot Jose, you made the evening perfect!

The DJ made the party all the better. We even brougth an extra hour because we were having so much fun. I wish they would expand their artist list but other than that the songs they provided were great to sing and the price was right.

jose was great but was sort of disapoinnted because he did not play the requested music sent by my daughter for the teenagers. i would recommend solid sounds to a friend for an adult party. which the music was great for the older crowd.

Jose did a decent job. We did love the disco lights. Was a bit disappointed with the karaoke screen which was a piece of black fabric hung against some bushes (would have been a wall if we were inside) and a projection screen. More used to a monitor placed in front of the singer. While I have nothing against drinking, I did find it a bit disconcerting that Jose and the person who came with him were drinking while working our party. Not sure what other songs people requested but the two I requested, he didn't have. It wasn't horrible, but we have had better experiences with other DJs.

I was disappointed in the services Jose provided. He was extremely late (arriving 1.5 hrs later than our contract stated) and he lacked charisma. I called Jose 10 min. after the time we expected him to arrive and he had not even packed his equipment. I believe he forgot about our event. Jose arrived 5 min. before the event started, despite our contract stating that he would do a sound check 1 hr before the party began. The music started 15 min. after our event began. Basically, he played music. He did not involve himself much beyond taking requests that interfered with music and genre decisions we had previously discussed.

We had such a fun wedding! The music really made the night! The dance floor was never empty and our guests had a great time! Wish we could have had a few more hours! We didn’t want it to end!

Solid Sounds Entertainment was better than we could have hoped for. He traveled a long distance, was on time and kept our patrons happy as he played tunes during breaks between karaoke performances. He was professional in every aspect and we would have his company come back and play at our party in the future as well. He forever has our business for future events. Thanks Jose!
